Within minutes, Certified returned my call and stated they could be at my house in 90 minutes. Upon arrival, Rotem the technician immediately diagnosed the issue. He had the part, replaced it and the opener worked perfectly. The cost was exactly what was quoted on the phone. Bought an additional remote from him and it was the less than the price from depot.
