Verl was easy to reach and his communication was prompt, so arranging the appointment was no trouble. He showed up on time, which was also a big plus. Prior to my appointment I had done a good amount of researching garage doors and the many potential quirks that can arise, so I had an idea where the noise was coming from and what it possibly could be. As it turned out my hunch was correct and the issue was nothing too serious. According to Verl's expertise, nothing that a little silicone spray onto the roller bearings couldn't tame down. Verl sprayed down all the roller bearings with silicone and then tested the door's operation, opening and closing it a few times to begin working the lubricant through. ...Since then, with the sprayed silicone now working its magic into all the roller bearings, the door's begun operating more quietly again, sounding closer to normal.
