The complimentary massage was with Trang, who did a fantastic job. It was clear that she was talented and paid attention to my areas of focus/concern. She also provided a full 80 minutes of her time, as expected. Had my original experience been with Trang, The NOW would have received an easy 5-star review from me. I am changing my overall rating to 4/5 due to the hassle and frustration I originally had to deal with. That said, management and ownership did the right thing. Bad experiences (or just bad fits) can happen, but the difference between a good business and a bad one is what management and ownership do to address those issues. 5 stars to management and ownership, 5 stars to Trang, and 4 stars overall given my specific experience. I can comfortably recommend this location, as long as you are willing to speak up if you don't get what you deserve. After my first experience, I would not have considered this location in the future. After management/ownership intervened, and after my experience with Trang, I can confidently say I will return, and if my experience is anything like the one I had with Trang, I'll be happy to follow up with a 5-star review.

There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done.
