Instead of helping, we received messages about canceling my account unless we resumed payments. We also have about $1,000 in unused credits with no communication on how that will be handled. It's honestly sad because this used to be such a great place. If you're a member, definitely review your statements. I hope they get things sorted out, but right now it's been a really frustrating experience.
