I booked a party bus through AZ Limo for my wedding this past Saturday. They were absolutely amazing. I had called so many limo/transportation companies before I got to AZ Limo. The first 9 companies said they would call me back and did not, and when they did call me back they were super sketchball mcgee. Buried on the 3rd page of my Google Results page was AZ Limo. I called, spoke with someone incredibly polite and informative, and received an email with info and paperwork within 20 minutes. Two days before the wedding, I had to change the schedule a little bit. I sent AZ Limo an email (at approximately 10:00 pm at night) and received an updated confirmation within an hour. I thought that was pretty amazing. They arrived on time, the party bus looked exactly like the pictures they had sent us, and our driver was amazing. He was really great and accommodating. They had bottled water, cups, and ice for us in the party bus as well. Great lighting and stereo system. We fit 19 people in there (some of our guys are 6'3-6'7) and we were all really comfortable. We had several stops (for pictures, church, reception, etc) and they were awesome and knew where they were going. They did not ask us one time for directions on where to go or where something was located. They really made our day 1000x easier. AZ Limo really helped put my day at ease! Great experience. Hired them for our daughter's birthday. The driver, Timothy, was so kind and accommodating. Driving 12 loud teenagers for 7 hours isn't easy! He was great with them. The car was beautiful and clean. We had a long schedule of stops and he made sure it all worked out. We will use azlimo anytime we want a car and driver. We hired AZ Limo off of a recommendation from Page Springs Wine Cellars to go wine tasting from Phoenix to Cottonwood Area. They were very responsive, gave us two quotes in writing, and we easy to work with when we called back to book. Day of tour we received an email with details of who will be arriving to pick us up, and text from our driver James as her arrived. He was so great! He knew we were going wine tasting and even had a personal recommendation for a stop on the way to Cottonwood. He suggested to Alcantarra, and he did not steer us wrong, some of the best wines in all of AZ. James was so professional but also fun, we are the type of group that likes to makes friends wherever we go and James is now a friend. We would highly recommend AZ Limo and James. I wasn't the one who booked them, but ended up paying. Apparently, even if services are booked 5 hours in advance, AZ Limo (in the stupidest business practice I've ever heard of) will wait until AFTER the drop-off to run the credit card--so we didn't even know anything was wrong until we were back in the van for pickup. The driver will make you wait 15 minutes while he painfully fills out a paper form with new credit information (and then can't even figure out how to get it to his boss so we have to do it for him). Other fun features of the night: -Driver told us he'd be available for early pickup, but didn't mention that "early" would still mean a 40 minute wait (which real-time, turns out to be an hour). -Driver will tell you he's parked and waiting for you at a certain location, and then when you arrive at the location to find he's not there, "oops, I guess I'm still 5 minutes out" (which turns into another 10 minutes). -If you're the poor sob who had to pony up the card because the first one didn't go through, and call to confirm services and provide feedback on your experience the next day, expect HORRIBLE customer service. I was already frustrated by the previously nights' experience, but this guy made it so much worse. I misunderstood a few of the services, so didn't include that here, but when trying to clarify exactly what I paid for, this guy was argumentative, combative and rude from the get-go. Instead of handling the clarification process nicely, ("I'm sorry it took forever to run your friend's card and that services didn't go smoothly: here's what you paid for") he actively tried to make it seem like I was stupid for not understanding the services (duh, I'm not the one who booked it). TL; DR: If you want smooth, hassle-free rides and friendly/understanding customer service, don't use AZ Limo. read more

I booked a limo to pick up my sister and 2 yr old niece. I attempted to book on line, but was having issues with booking a car seat (which is a Law). I then called and booked personally requesting a seat. They arrived without it for the trip to the airport and my sister had to hold her daughter on her lap the entire trip. When I found out I called and spoke with a manager named Taylor or something like that... They offered 10% off another service?! Ha. He even admitted their website was having issues with car seats but they didn't comp or anything respectable in my eyes. read more

Really dropped the ball and did nothing to make it right. Booked them for wedding shuttle for our wedding. They hit traffic and were delayed an hour. They at first said 15 min late but turned out to be much later. All of our guest had to book Ubers or cabs to get to the venue. Traffic happens but you'd think they'd have a plan (like anticipating traffic) or even working with local shuttles and cab services to get guest to someplace. Did nothing. Refunded that leg of the booking in the end (booked them for end of night back), but doesn't really matter after the fact. Not even a call to talk about it or apologize. Very mixed feelings about this company so let's start with the good: We called two days before our event (12/12 Bachelor's party) since Royal Palms recommended them during our stay there. The reps on the phone were very informative and professional and were able to book something for us at a discounted rate (supposedly preferred services for Royal Palms) so we did not even shop around and booked it. They asked for a credit card number for a $100 deposit so we provided that with no hesitation. They also included a list of free VIP entrance bars and clubs they work with (supposedly) so that we did not have to pay for entry to those places. Does not get any better right? Well, we provided our contact information and details and that was our booking experience which was great! Here is where things turned ugly for us: We get picked up at Royal Palms and everything is legit. Very nice bus inside, music, lights, water and ice, all great so far. We start riding around old Town and we start noticing that the driver is not aware of the VIP entry at all (Or so he said). He also kept discouraging us from going to certain places for some reason. After our first bar (karaoke) we asked for a couple of different places which he did not take us to. He took us to one he brought up but once there, we were told there was an entry fee and we did not want to pay, so we asked to go to the one we specifically asked for in the first place and he finally took us there. Once there, they were also charging a fee and he did not know anything about that he said. He said he did not get off the bus and it was up to the arrangements made when booking. We end up leaving that place and go back to a different bar since we could not work out a deal with the bouncers ourselves. We end up back at the bar he took us to first and asked what we should tell them regarding entry fee since clearly, he did not want to do anything about it. He said again he did not know about the list given to us and told us "they do not tell me anything, I just drive". I voiced my opinion (not very nice since I was irritated by then) and start negotiating with the bouncers, when he finally comes off the bus and hands them a card and tells the bouncer something and we all finally get in. Took that long to figure out his job. We were pretty irritated with him by that time so we just stayed at an eehhh bar, but better than driving around with this guy. He just made it seem like there is no communication between the business and the drivers and made the entire business look bad. Also requested a receipt which the driver said one would be emailed to me and never was. Finally, our credit card. So I have no proof and I certainly do not want to accuse anyone but listen to me since I am still scratching my head on this. We do not use this credit card much, but the same credit card we used for the deposit the day or two before the booking, was used by someone over the weekend and was used for over $500 until our bank declined it due to suspicion of fraud. Bank called us and asked if we had used it for those charges and we said no so they declined it and cancelled that card. Luckily they are looking in to it and I hope they figure something out. Again, these things happen all the time and in different scenarios, but the fact that it was that card and right after our booking just put a sour taste in my mouth with this whole experience. read more

We contracted with AZLIMO for my parents' 60th anniversary. I called and received all the information I needed. The quote was reasonable and I set up the event in no time. Tip and all fees were included. The driver, Nathan, was on time and very professional. He took care of us, and we had a lovely ride to our brunch location and back. It was my parents' first time in a limo and were on cloud-nine. We brought a bottle of Champagne to mark the occasion. The Limo was stocked with glasses and also bottles of water. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is the limo was a bit older and showed signs of wear. It would be 5 star for a party atmosphere, where these things would not be noticed, but not high-end.
