Great customer service and quick wait times! NP and staff are knowledgeable and helpful in the different products they offer

The staff is very lazy and doesn't want to work. It feels like they don't like black people. When I came in with my family it seemed like they all just ran to the back. I have been coming to this location every week for a year now, the staff is always friendly however, the air freshener smell has never changed over the course of the year. It is so over powering, and gross smelling. I leave every week just sick at my head. I might need to find another location. Please Please Please get rid of all the plug-ins. read more

Not impressed. I wanted the weight loss pills and shots, the doctor lectured me and said I should try intermittent fasting. She said she approved the pills bc she knew I wouldn't come back (won't come back to this office). I did return a few weeks later but to get my legs lásered. The office called and I couldn't answer my phone. The girl didn't leave a message with prep instructions. I showed up and she seemed annoyed. At other laser clinics they don't want you to shave so I didn't. She was upset and made me go to the waiting room restroom to shave. When I walked back she was talking negatively about me to the doctor. They also don't know their prices and they had to go back and forth between each other. Their customer service is horrible. I've been here for a couple years and the owner would rather lose a customer than being fair about business practice. I was getting a government employee discount but they decided to only choose certain departments after I've used it all this time. Thankfully there are other clinics to choose from. I found one nearby that costs less for an identical program and supplements. Make sure you research other places before trying this one. I've even overheard the employees complain about the greedy owner. The first visit was great but then it's all downhill and you're just a number that she really doesn't need; and she will make you feel known that she really doesn't need you. I feel like she will do anything to deter you from being able to use any of their discounts. Shop around and compare apples to apples. You will definitely find better rates out there! read more

The wait time is ridiculous ! The provider comes in whenever she feels like it. I came in at 9 finally got taken to the back at 9:30 the provider hadn't made it in by then, still waiting at 9:40am . This will be my last visit. Bad customer service. I would rather pay a real weight loss MD then come here again.!!! read more

It's been awhile since I've made a visit here. But in 2014 I was on a mission to lose weight for my brothers wedding. AZ MWC was my go to place for fat burning pills and bi-weekly B12 shots. I worked out everyday and in 4 months I dropped 32 lbs. I feel that the medication they provided was a jump start to my weight loss, but of course diet and exercise helped as well! Clean office, friendly staff and I've never had to wait in line. Their east valley office is always packed, I'm glad they opened a location in the west valley. read more

If you try to call ahead, they're gonna tell you it's a longer wait time than it actually is in hopes you don't come in.

I love this place they are so understanding and the doctor is awesome he's so real he keeps it 100%. Even though they're busy they still try to make things run as quickly as possible. I've bought a few Groupon's and they've never made me feel any less because I have a Groupon other places make you feel different because you're not paying full price but this place is always welcoming the wait is a little bit long sometimes & the staff can be a little bit rushed with you at times but it's understandable they're very busy I love the fact that even though you might not have all of the money to pay you're able to give half of it or sometimes more than half towards your visit I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend this place as a matter of fact I'll be coming back very soon. read more

I made the mistake of buying a Groupon. They make you wait forever and then tell you that they are out of the medication you came to get!!! They are not friendly at all and they just talk at you and tell you what you should be doing. Umm, handouts? I had to ask for them!?! I would not ever recommend this place. The staff here is friendly and great. The wait time to get your supplements can take a while though. I wish they had a better system instead of calling you back, then sending you to wait again, then calling you up to pay while the girls up front are busy dealing with our patients. However the location is convenient and that makes up for the long wait times. read more

I don't think I will be back again. I have been really irritated the past few visits. They still don't allow children inside if your wanting to go. They make you wait outside and even today when it was 90 degrees already at 9am it was hot. They let them inside for the appointment or inside to use the restroom but they can't sit on the chairs in the waiting room (I'm so confused). They don't have it posted anymore that kids aren't allowed inside either, so I thought we were good to go. Then I got the lipo-b bundle of two shots that gives a 10% discount. She told me the price and I asked if that included a teacher discount(which they give) and she said yes. Then I go to the front desk to pay and she quoted me a price that was almost $15 more. When I asked why, she said you already get the 10% off of the injections so you don't get the teacher discount too....so that teacher discount couldn't be applied to the medication I got as well? I guess not. ‍ Front desk staff just don't know all the same information as one another. I would have gotten the shots if I would have known my discount wasn't applied but I had to pay since I already got the shots. read more

The facility is very clean. And prompt! Very friendly staff. I've lost over 50lbs. Great support for your weight loss journey.

So here is my input for this medical office weight loss program and staff has nothing to do with each other the weight loss program is awesome 6 weeks into this lost 12 lb and that's without exercise due to knee injury, staff members I have noticed some of them are dumb I am sorry to say that but this is the truth they're young and have no clue what is going on something that I witnessed today that really bothered me army veteran came in with his service dog and they made a big deal out of it and questioning him about the dog clearly it had a big ass collar on saying Army service dog and they were questioning him if he had the certificate he pulled out his phone and show them online this is the federal government law I can sue you for this questioning me this is a service dog clearly and he said you need to do your research before you questioning, honestly I hope this guy sues them because I felt so bad and I keep staring like I wanted to give an input about this ridiculous so I think the Doctor Who is by the way a great guy needs to educate some of those kids staff members that's all I have to say read more

My fiancé and I bought a Groupon that included a six week package of B vitamin injections, lipo BCs, and fat burners. On our very first visit, they were out of the lipo BCs and offered us something else. On our second visit they were out of the fat burners and offered us a less potent substitute. On our third visit they informed us they'd be closed the entire following week for the holidays, so they gave us a pill form of B vitamins (which your body doesn't absorb nearly as well) on our 5th week visit they were out of B vitamin injections and the lipo BCs again and offered us some other nonsense. And finally on our 6th and final visit they were still out of everything and we didn't pay for more visits, for obvious reasons. Also there's no real doctor on sight. There is a very nice nurse practitioner who prescribed us some phentramine under a different person (a doctors) name. Also my fiancé and I only had good experiences with one female there (the one with really long hair). The rest of the employees, especially the male behind the desk do not perform their duties. He wouldn't even take vitals like he was supposed to every single visit. Overall neither my wife or myself lost any weight at all. Neither of us are very much overweight and with our busy schedules we thought we'd try something a little less time consuming than our regular gym routine. Nothing beats hard work I guess. Anyway this place sucks. I would recommend going to a more reputable business. read more
