I received a call the day after Christmas, that my dog was howling in pain and couldn't get up. I…read moreasked if they could get him to a vet and they said no, I had to pick him up. When arrived they wanted to use ropes to lift him with due to so badly soiled. So we supplied our own blanket and carried him to car. He was in obvious pain, soiled, bleeding from mouth. He was immediately taken to animal hospital and advised had to be put down for fractured back and kidney issues. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

Animals are Sarah's passion. She was caring and conscientious from the first time she came over to meet our 'kids' (Bacon, George, and Qui) pics below! She asked about feeding, walking, sleeping, and overall quirks of our dogs. We rescue older dogs and they come with some special needs but mostly just spoiling. Sarah is so good at spoiling my only fear was our dogs would love her more than they love us. Lol! I can't say that was far from the truth. We are having Sarah again in July/August and I'm at ease booking our tickets because I know I have someone who will care for our dogs as well as we do and that's so nice!

This past 8 nights, one of her employees Jim stayed overnight in our home with the dogs. He texted me to let me know how things were going regularly and he seemed to genuinely love spending time with the dogs. Our Berner can be stubborn so I typically tell the dog sitters not to walk her, but Jim took both of them on walks daily in order to keep them out of the messy yard. We returned home to 2 calm dogs, without any issues! We joked that the house looks cleaner than when we left - he definitely took care of cleaning up after the messy dogs (which I don't usually expect!) Melissa is great in responding for last minute visits if we are out unexpectedly and now we feel that when it's time for vacation, we can go again without worrying about the dogs!

We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets!
