To top it off, they attempted to push an additional treatment that had nothing to do with my cat's actual symptoms an obvious attempt to squeeze out more money rather than provide proper care. I have zero confidence in their judgment or ethics. I would not trust this place with the care of any animal. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

Our Berner can be stubborn so I typically tell the dog sitters not to walk her, but Jim took both of them on walks daily in order to keep them out of the messy yard. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time!
