In speaking with Garrett, owner, today he informed me that the only the blinds are cleaned and a courtesy wipe across the frame. I did not have any idea that the request made to clean the blinds would be literally only the blinds and nothing else. If you choose to use this service I highly recommend you ensure your expectation matches the service requested. Because of this most likely I won't be using this company in the future.
