Lets just start by saying how great of an experience it was from beginning to end working with Chris the owner! I'm always skeptical about choosing a company because we've had some bad luck in the past, due to not researching ahead of time until it was unfortunately to late! the last company we had come out tried to upsell us 8x the estimated price they said they would do any 5 areas for 49.95 + a trip charge and when the tech came in and did his thing he showed us an estimate of $450 my heart dropped! Long story short, we ended up negotiating down to $250 and the quality & experience was just horrible! Which made me come here today to acknowledge Chris, He was just what my wife and I been looking for, a company that offers 100% flat rate pricing & he even guarantees his work for 30 days! what he quoted us through yelp is what we paid after the service was completed. He didn't try to upsell what so ever, which was shocking to us considering the past experiences we had with other low price companies, That being said, If your looking for a company that offers honest pricing, outstanding work quality , & professional costumer service, Don't look any further. We needed our house to be move in ready for a renter that moving in, and he coordinated with what our schedule allowed, despite giving him little notice beforehand. He went above and beyond to make us happy, and we will definitely be recommending him to friends, and will use his service in the future. I did not have any hope left for our carpet. I thought we would just have to replace our carpet. when I called and Chris said he could restore my carpet, I was not confident that he could do it. I am so glad I decided to have it cleaned! We had a puppy and it was not potty trained and she left the carpet in a terrible state. Now I am not embarrassed to have friends over.
