I came to change the screen of my cell phone 3 days ago and in that moment I realized that the face id was not useful, the owner told me that he did not have any more screens, so without more options we agreed to come 3 days later. -today- (it's not my fault that his equipment does not work) but I did not have to return, I gave my money !!! My wife & I got the new Samsung Galaxy 7 Active over the weekend. We were looking to get screen protectors but AT&T wanted $35 each so we decided to stop by AZ Wireless instead. I came in on Sat. I was told that a part for my phone was needed in order to repair it. My phone was completely inoperable and the only phone I have. I called them from my landlords phone after I left to make sure the part would be delivered Mon. I called again Sun and again Mon AM. I was told the shipment would not be in until 3:45. I came into the store at 4:30 on Monday and it was never shipped. No excuse! I don't care if you have a new vendor all the more reason to check and ensure that the shipment had been processed. Super helpful! We had been trying for weeks to figure out how to switch from Sprint to a provider that had better towers up by our house in the mountains. I have been an AZ Wireless customer for over 3 years but that stopped today. I bought a Samsung S6 from AZ on March 26, and the battery gave out this week. I went to the store and the very helpful sales lady checked with the manager (Online. The manager wasn't in the store.) and said the manager said that, given the 30-day warranty was expired, the best they could do was give me $20 off the $80 cost of a new Samsung S6 battery. That didn't sound too bad but I felt that, as a loyal customer and given the warranty was only expired 30 days, they could have offered more. Then I checked the price of new Samsung S6 batteries on Best Buy: $20-$40 dollars. read more

Do not let these people work on your phone! They are not qualified to fix phones and have no idea what they are doing! They are unprofessional and incompetent. I gave Jack my I phone 6 to repair my cracked screen and when I got it back it didn't work. Said he had to order the part from China and he would call me when it came in. 3 weeks later no call, went to store to inquire about the part needed to fix my phone, he gave me the cold shoulder and some bogus excuse about the Chinese holiday. I have a friend who fixes phones here in Alaska. I was in Palm Springs in March. I broke my phone to the point I couldn't wait u till I got home. I called bumblebee in the mall, they didn't have any screens and referred me to this store. They had screens and I was desperate. They fixed my phone. But afterwords the sensor wasn't working. So if I talked on my phone regular it would decide to speaker phone, FaceTime, text, and do whatever it wanted. My friend here said there was absolutely no way that sensor could have broke when I dropped my phone and that whoever fixed it broke it. The guy who fixed my phone did offer to fix the sensor for free. But at this point I was like, no. It is now June. And my screen is about 60% of the way fallen off my phone. He didn't seal it well enough. All in all. My friend who doesn't charge for labor and just fixes phones cause he loves to do it, said he would never hand me back my phone if it wasn't fixed. I previously had a iPhone 5s and had my screen replaced 3 times. I always drop my phone and every time the screen brakes AZ is the only place I take my phone. Now I have a 6s Plus and AZ has put about 5 screen protectors put on for me and they always do a perfect job on putting it on. AZ wireless is fast and if they're busy you could leave your phone and get it repaired while you shop. Staff is great and I send all my friends and family here. read more

I came to the mall to get my phone fixed and was turned away by another company because they where "too busy" but yet both employees where on their phones walking around talking on them. I was leaving when I came across AZ Wireless I saw they did repairs and walked in. There was a line but when I walked in immediately was greeted and told they would be with me shortly, they fixed my phone in 15-20 mins and had me on my way. Very poor product. My fiancé purchased 4 cases and two screen protectors for our iPhone 8 plus and Iphone 8, the screen protector and case for my phone came out to 80$ the case was great but it made the screen protector raise when it was on. When I went to the store (3 days after purchase) to see if he could fix it he said oh the screen protector is always going to raise because the case goes over the top. I then asked then why did you sell both of these for this phone if it was not going to fit appropriately? His solution was to give me a cheaper screen protector that I felt was worthless, and offered to sell me another case and give me 50% off. I eventually told him I'm not buying another case, you should not have sold these if they were not going to be compatible with each other, and I left. I was very angry and did not want to step out of character with his older man. My mother saw how upset I was and went back herself, the man then gave her a 20$ refund (mind you I paid 35$ for the screen protector) and asked her to leave his store. Will never go there again, we spent 230$ there that day and I will never do that again, will stick to AT&T from now on at least I get my moneys worth there. read more

Took in my Iphone 6plus for repairs. Was promised it would be done right away. I told the so called manager of that store I would return the next day. I have never had a Iphone in for repairs so I was hesitant of the quality. I called the next day to confirm my phone was ready.... The same gentlemen that took my phone in for repairs sounded very confused as to who I was and told me my phone was missed placed. I of course assumed, there is no way its missing. That is after my second call to him. He was quick to ask if I had insurance. Why would he ask such a thing unless it was stolen. If we want to say it was lost? Then I can only say is that he told me a other employee had taken it. I looked it up on GPS and my phone was off. If this so called employee took my phone out of store why wasn't he apprehended. Later the owner of the store was just giving me a story and no solution to my phone being stolen. I did what anyone of a store refusing to help in anyway, call security. Reported the store with Mall Security, Mall Management and Palm Desert sheriff station. As of today the owner has refused to replace or even pay the insurance. I understand that the owner can't help if employees do wrong. What I don't accept is the AZ Wireless Owner to not take responsibility. I have emails from the Owner Abdul who has told us to pay and he would reimbursement us, yet I don't believe him. What is so wrong from his lack of consideration is that we don't just have the money laying around to replace the phone. We went as far to ask him for a used phone from our carrier to use for the mean time, and he has not helped. I didn't think being this long without any cell phone would be so bad. I am so hurt from Abdul to have no compassion to this problem. I depend on my phone to be connected with my children. I wish I could go and replace it with anything to stay connected. Financially things are not great for me and my family. The worst thing from this all is when I was at the store asking the owner to help, he looked at me and made a comment that I was morally wrong for being upset. read more

I do not recommend this establishment what so ever. We took our iPad to have the broken screen repaired. Easy fix. It took them 3 weeks to replace the screen and there was zero communication on their part for that duration of time. Once we finally got our iPad back all seemed well until we went to use it and the rotation feature was no longer operable so they took it back and spent another week and a half replacing the screen again. The iPad is still broken. They fixed the screen but cancelled that out when it was returned to us with a new issue. They refused to provide us with any compensation or offer of other ideas that may fix the issue rather than continuously replacing the screen. Terrible customer service and no communication, if you want to be given the run around when things don't get fixed properly then go here. I suggest taking Apple Products to the Apple Store. I have learned my lesson. Go elsewhere this place is not deserving of your hard earned dollars. read more
