My girlfriend's MetroPCS LG Optimus L9 cellphone had a badly shattered glass screen. I first called Bumblebee Wireless(formerly Apples 2 Oranges) upstairs - and some guy quoted $130+ tax/installed and required a crazy, 5 business day wait for the part to arrive, just to fix the cellphone. Jack was even cool enough to give a generous discount on a new case for her phone. Nobody needs to pay outrageous Mall prices to fix a phone. Very disappointed. Took my iPhone XS Max for a simple screen repair and after patiently waiting hours I was told my phone was ready for pick up. That same evening while trying to record on social media I found out my speakers were no longer functioning. I immediately contacted the owner who was the one who had "repaired" my screen and explained to him the issue and was told to take it back for repair. The next day I dropped off my phone and waited about 6 hours until I was notified the phone was finally ready for pick up. I immediately checked my phone in front of the owner and verified he didn't resolve the issue. He SHAMELESSLY said "I think its time for you to upgrade" and admitted he's had problems before fixing screens with this type of phones. After getting home that second time I realized now the camera was not working. I called the owner and asked for a refund since he broke my phone and he refused. SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE! At first I was thrilled and beyond appreciative that Abdul was able to fix both mine and my mom's iPhone front screens during the craziness of COVID and everything currently being closed. We dropped our phones off to him for repair. Both my mom and I noticed our screens glitching, blacking out, clicking things on its own, etc. I called him back a few days after the replacement explaining this to him. He DID NOT take any accountability for this saying it was not his fault and we would need to pay for all the pieces of the screen to fix. Neither my phone or my moms were glitching or ANYTHING before the replacement so I knew it had been an issue with the new screens. I can barley use my phone without it going completely crazy on me. He could careless. Now I'm out over $200 and will now have to get a new iPhone because mine has a complete mind of its own. HORRIBLE! read more

I would like to commend this store for the great service.The associate whose name is Moe is more expert than an Apple Store associate.Brought my 2-year old IPhone 6 Plus to an Apple Store and the associate said that my phone is already dead and couldn't be fixed anymore based on their device's diagnosis.He couldn't even say what is/ are the causes of the said defect.He suggested to rather buy a new phone that will cost me $300 plus .Felt so frustrated and couldn't believe that it was too soon my phone to be broken like that.More frustrating when I got no answer from the Apple GENIUS bar technician what are the causes so that I could avoid when I get a new phone.Until I consulted AZ Wireless.Moe immediately found out the problem and solved it.My Iphone only needed battery replacement. I had a mishap with a rock and the lens protector of my camera. I went to another company in the mall and quoted me 360.00 minimum to fix my camera. I went to the store downstairs and met Abdul. What a great guy. He looked at it and said he didn't have the part but he could order it and it would be there in a few days. In the mean time said suggested I put a manual lens protector on the camera so more more damage would he done. I bought one and he installed it for me, cleaned my phone and the case as well. A few days later my part was in and it was installed in less than an hour and the total price was 60.00. I saved myself 300.00 by shopping around. I will be a customer for life. read more

Great service! The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Clean and very organized shop, lots of accessories for purchase. I went swimming with my iPhone 6 in the ocean the last time I was at the beach I tried all the tricks, bag of rice, blow dryer, you name it I tried it. It was completely dead. All of my photos of my family trips were gone. All my contacts gone. All my notes gone. I had made the mistake of never backing up my phone and I was paying the price for it. Went into this store to buy a case for my Samsung galaxy 4. Found one I liked inside a glass case up front. As I waited for the owner to get up and ask me if I needed help I noticed he was talking to a girl. I'm not sure if he was trying to hire her on the spot or ask her out on a date but this took like 5 minutes of back and forth chatter. All the while I just stood there staring at this guy waiting for him to address me. There was no one else in this store! Finally I just left. Abdul has great customer service. He is the only person in the whole mall that was willing to stay open 20 min after he closed to fix my wife's phone. No one else was willing to do the job but he stayed and did a great job. Best phone repair in Southern California that I have tried. If I could give a 10 star out of 5 stars I would. I've been to A-Z Wireless 3 times now and they've always taken care of me..mostly screen repairs. The last time I went in I needed a screen repair and the volume on my phone wasn't working properly. His store is closed in the mall because of the corona virus but I could drop it off at his home. We set up the appointment for the next morning.
