She doesn't do her best to help families or her staff, take care of the loved ones placed in her care. She creates a hostile work environment for her employees and only cares about what she needs to do to keep her job. Not the best place to place your loved one if you care about them.

I had multiple caregivers in one month and the people they would hire would always add hours to their time sheets after I would supply my signature to make it look like I had signed for the extra hours. The caregivers they sent to my house were also thieves but since they sent so many caregivers a month I couldn't specify which Care Giver it was. And when I reported it to The agency it was my word against the Care Giver also sometimes when I would call the agency to tell them I needed care after coming back from a trip sometimes they would claim that there was no one to cover that shift. But I wouldn't find this out until I called the agency the next morning Bottom line do not use his agency because The agency clearly does not care about their customers very much and there were many problems with some of the caregivers I would send to my house I gave them way too many chances after they what do something wrong do not make the mistake I did

I found myself trying to help an entire room of helpless people while the attendant ignored all of us. It was a nightmare there. My own grandmother died under their so called care. We found workers always quickly spoon feeding her flat on her back, that is how people choke. It was just mortifying. There needs to be an accountability from the start and supervision and caring people who want to work in that industry, not insensitive, unskilled people who just need a pay check.
