As a waxer, she shines because she is extremely thorough, in making sure all your hair is removed properly. I rarely have ingrown hairs, but when I do, she takes care of them for me. I see her every 5 weeks for my Brazilian, arms, and sometimes armpits. Brazilians are notoriously painful if you wait too long, but Simone is great about making the process comfortable. My son has been suffering for 2 years with cystic acne. I have taken him to several dermatologist that prescribed oral and topical antibiotics, creams and medications that only solved it for a short period of time only to have it come back more vicious than before we did everything short of accutane.
