One guy came out and looked at all 4 railings I need. Then I receive a quote for just 2 of them. Called/texted/emailed them trying to get a full estimate. Suddenly a second guy has to come over and take exact same measurements for indoor railings. He never showed and they still are not responding to my communications. Ended up being a COMPLETE waste of my time spanning over 2 months. Find some other company to do your fencing/railings/etc. These guys are not worth the frustration of trying to get them to stay on a proper timeline of offering a quote. How much worse might it be once they're actually cutting up wood and metal at your house. Not for me.
