I explained the issue to him and he said, cheerfully, "Oh, you have a sensor problem! I can tell you how to fix it - very simple!" I went out to the garage and located the sensor. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day.
