I am down 4 out of 10 nails within one week. When he was putting on a fresh set, the tips continued to pop off while he was gluing. I was told they'd be fine once done. I haven't done any hard work on my nails but they continue to pop off just at the point of where the tip is glued on, all clean breaks. My normal place I go 4-5 weeks between sets without loosing any. Very disappointing. read more

BE WARNED !!!!! Very rough pedicure . Man named hung kept pulling me and treating me roughly . You can tell from the minute I arrived he was annoyed to be working . Anytime I brought up a concern her tried to gas light me (it doesn't hurt , it doesn't burn ) I should have just gotten up and left . My gel manicure is uneven both in color and shape . The cuticles are in rough shape . It looks like I didn't the manicure myself . My pedicure is uneven and he scrubbed so hard my foot has a blister . I did my nails there on Friday late afternoon and by Friday night the polish on my nails started coming off. Then Saturday when I went back the guy was a total jerk about it. My nails are so bad they even bend I HAVE ACRYLIC NAILS!!!! They shouldn't bend. Whatever I just don't know how ppl are satisfied with this place. This is my favorite nail salon, the staff is professional and very friendly. The massage chairs work every time. This salon is great, I noticed there is plexiglass protecting the staff and customers. This salon is always very clean and tidy. Many choices of colors and the prices are reasonable. My nail technician was Henry and he was wonderful. Extremely focus on detail. The first time I called and was told a price over the phone so I decided to make an appointment, once I got there and got my nails done I went to pay and the price was much higher than they had informed me over the phone so I mentioned this to the nail tech and he seemed pretty annoyed. I also noticed the pricing on the wall so I pointed it out and he agreed to charge me that. My nails did look exactly how I wanted them and he did them beautifully so I was pretty happy with the results. Second time I went, the nail tech cut my nails extremely short, made me bleed and to top it off she made some comments that were out of line and a little racist. This experience was a while back so I'm not sure if she's still there but it was very inappropriate. read more

So let's consider what we're getting here.....a very reasonably priced mani/pedi salon that offers friendly service, keep their appointments on time, and charges what you expect. For Miami, that's a freaking unicorn!! No, they don't bring you coffee/tea/wine service. Yes the vibe is more transactional than social. I've never noticed it being dirty, but have only been going there since 2022 so maybe in the past, but it's all good now. If you want the "spa experience", there are literally a dozen other places within walking distance of here. It's not worth it to me to pay double or triple the service cost for the glam-vibe and lukewarm Chardonnay tbh, but if that's your jam, lots of options for you. But if you need your nails and feet reliably done well so you can just get on with your day, this is The Place. The people are really nice.....a genuine smile and welcome goes a lot further with me anyway than the "how can I make your bill higher with extra services" chit-chat I expect every time I sit in a tech's chair. I don't get that here at all so that's an extra star in my book. All in all, good service, reliable results, fair prices, nice people, and my nails always look amazing. I'm not someone who usually writes reviews, but what happened to me at this salon was unlike anything I've ever experienced in all the years I've been getting manicures and pedicures. The pedicure was a complete disaster--they barely removed my cuticles, and the person had to fix two or three nails because of how poorly they were painted. This person clearly doesn't know how to do their job. Already disappointed, I ended up in the hands of another person for the manicure, and that was an even bigger disaster. The dip powder was applied as if they were sticking clay to my fingers. I won't go back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. To top it off, I spent $100. read more

Got Mari a Latina lady. And let me tell you I'll be going back!! She has me as a customer forever now. Let's start with I'm an experienced and tacky Diva but i know service. I told her i wanted a leg massage with manly pressure and she gave me a massage of a lifetime!! She did my nails on point every little cuticle flawless and shaved my cheese off my feet they use the cheese graters. But efficiency was key and personality now as far as the nail tech that's doing me now. Hasn't looked me in the eye or introduced himself. I asked his name sounded like a Henry. But who knows? The lady was so detail oriented and she made sure to ask me whether or not I wanted a third coat since my color was a little bit shear. Prices are bomb too so it's a win win for me! read more

I asked if they closed at 8, everyone said no. There's literally a sign on the door that indicates that they indeed close at 8. After repeating myself one woman said that they do close at 8 but that she sent everyone home. Just not a great way to do business. This place is pretty tragic to be completely honest. For the prices they charge I've been to MUCH nicer establishments. Everything from the chairs to the nail polish to the tools they use is dirty and old and the esthetician's put in maybe 40% effort. I had one broken nail they needed to fix with bio-gel and this girl barely put one layer, and nail is uneven and she charged me $12 to fix one nail when most salons charge $5. They do half ass work and give attitude. Another time I went for just polish change and it was all lumpy and uneven - don't know how u can screw that up. If you like cheap and fast. This is your place. My pedi was better than my full set of nails. There were lots of people working but lots of people waiting so I felt like both my services were rushed. My toes looked good when done, but my nails were awful. I came in with dip and tips on my nails. She explained that the dip has to be all the way removed and start over with fresh, I said ok, but then I told her I wanted the color to match my toes so she said do acrylic instead of dip. More than several times, during the acrylic nails I kept mentioning they were too thick and she said she'd thin them but added another layer of acrylic.... She got up multiple times to go to the bathroom. She acted kinda nervous and I was getting frustrated. Finally I just asked her to finish up and paint them. About 1/2 we're ok the other half were very thick. During the paint process she declared that she doesn't do acrylics, that her specialty was dip! What?? I wanted dip in the first place and she talked me out of it and did acrylic? I would have adjusted my color enough to to dip again knowing she didn't do acrylic! I was on vacation .... Every single nail lifted within 3 days of playing in the pool/ocean and had to have them redone as soon as I got home. read more
