We have tried requesting a new time for them to come finish the job and they say oh he will be there in an hour and then he never shows. The office girl Kayden is a joke she hasn't responded to any communication requesting a time to finish the job or a refund. The only time we got a response was when we left a review on the Facebook page that was simply a review of our negative experience, she then processed to let us know that other people would see our review! So let's get this out of the way ... I am single and I live alone. So a security system is a must…read morefor me. Dave at Tri City came out to do an onsite walk around, suggested a system that was not only cost effective, but also the right fit for me. I was convinced that he was going to suggest a sensor on every window, which would have cost a lot, instead he suggested a system that was a little smaller, more cost effective, and not too big for me. It was around what I expected to pay: $500. He did not try to over sell me with equipment and services I did not need. No cameras, no uber high end pricey equipment. He told me what he thought I needed, gave me a few options, and then let me make my decision. When his tech, Jim, came out to install he was courteous and respectful of my time. He had every component he needed for my install, made good use of his time, and was able to install everything in less time that I was told. He even came back out when the cable company made a change to my phone service and reconfigured my alarm. Here is the thing about alarm systems, though. There are so many local places who will give you the equipment for free and then charge an outrageous monitoring fee and lock you into a contract; worse than cell phone contracts if you ask me. I paid for my equipment, my monitoring fee is very reasonable, the service is great, and the monitoring is done locally. I loved my experience with Tri City and am sure I will be with my alarm company for many many years. I feel safe and secure in my home ... alone ... with no one to love me.
