He is an absolute audio and visual expert and every detail was executed perfectly. I wanted a full home theater that would shake my house while still delivering the best picture you can buy and they came through. He also did everything he could to stay within budget and even though we went over, the costs were justified and explained very well. It is my favorite part of the house we built by far and my family has spent hundreds of hours in it already. These guys installed a projection system about 4 months ago and we couldn't be happier. Service was exceptional and quality guaranteed. These guys go the extra mile, no matter whether its a small project or a high-end project. They aren't finished until you are happy with the job. We had some problematic installation due to the layout of our room that required more work than they quoted us for. Like I said, they're not done until you're happy and the fact that it took longer than originally bid also meant that they didn't charge extra for the extra time required. I had a great experience with Sounds Good Entertainment. They were very attentive and fast during the scheduling process and my technician, Nate Wilde, did a fantastic job. I had him mount my TV above a fireplace into solid concrete blocks covered in a plaster wall coating - not easy. He was a perfectionist about centering and leveling everything and triple checking his measurements and markings before drilling any holes. The TV is perfectly centered and level and looks great! Ben was great, did really good job on installing my ceiling speakers. Very professional and prices were fair. I asked Ben what speakers he usually recommended with home theater installs and he told me about KEF and why he liked those. I had never heard of KEF before, but I checked them out online and boy am I glad I did. I now own 3 KEF LS50 for my fronts and pair of KEF Q300 for my rear surrounds. I was very pleased with Jed's service. After completing the install, it was discovered that the TV I had purchased was damaged. Jed patiently worked with the store to locate a replacement , re-packaged the damaged TV, brought it back to the store to exchange for a new one, and completed the install all within the expected time frame.
