I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. It's very difficult to get the correct catalyst and heat combination to create a lasting image on nylon, especially when they will be washed frequently, while not burning the bags!!. Sidney put in considerable leg work to get the right materials and tested the compound before screening too many units, to dial it in. The results have been more than satisfactory. You just can't have the name of your business falling off your products after a short time, that looks terrible. And that will never be a concern of mine here on out. More recently, Fellas has been churning out work shirts from my business. They are always easy to get a hold of and understand what I am looking for. Of course there are those times, I can't give enough instruction and they filled in the blanks themselves and have made me very happy. You will definitely get what you pay for here. That's not to say they are on the higher end of price, but if you are looking for cheap, you should look elsewhere since Fellas will go out of their way to make your project top shelf.
