I got some embroidery done on polos for the company I work for and the polos turned out nice. I know embroidery is usually pretty expensive, but Abner definitely offered the lowest price and fastest turn around. I ordered 25 polos with embroidery and I got them within a week of ordering them! He also accepts credit cards (even American Express). There is a small transaction fee, but its a small percentage and its the credit card company's charge... not his. I went to this place a couple of months ago when I needed a good deal on getting some shirts screen printed super-fast because I had an event come up quite suddenly. I had called a couple of different places and was given long wait times or ridiculous prices to turn a small job around in a few days. I talked to Abner at Image Grafics when I called and he was extremely helpful, right from the start. Due to extreme traffic circumstances, I was a little late to arrive at his shop to meet the deadline so he could get my shirts done on time, and he even called me to make sure I could find him okay to ensure that he could meet turnaround. I loved that he showed his concern in completing my project on time. When I got there, he couldn't read some of the fonts from the data I'd brought with me. This was due to me not being able to get my graphic artist to work on my file because of the kind of time crunch I was in. Abner to the rescue! He helped me find the right types of fonts and he edited my file exactly the way I wanted it, on the spot. I don't know if he has that kind of time ability to spend with every client that comes in, but Abner made me feel like I was top priority, despite the fact that I had a tiny and inconvenient job while I could tell he was extremely busy from the screens he had around him and the action going on in the back room. Abner met me early at his shop on the day that I needed to pick up, so that I would be able to get my shirts to the shoot I needed them for.
