We got the fried cauliflower, the arranchera (strip steak), the suckling pig (as tacos), and the creme brûlée flan. The steak was deliciously marbled, and cooked to perfection. It melted a bit on the tongue. The suckling pig tacos were dynamite. The meat was tender, and topped with a crispy piece of chicharron. The presentation was impeccable. The flan was also really tasty, and made for a light, sweet, and to a delicious meal.

No solo los platillos se entregaron a las personas incorrectas, sino que, al señalar el error, la mesera comenzó a intercambiar platos como si tratara de adivinar quién había pedido qué, sin ningún orden ni confirmación previa. Incluso después de que intentó "acomodar" los platillos, los pedidos seguían incorrectos. Lo más sorprendente fue la actitud. En lugar de ofrecer una disculpa o buscar una solución, insistió en que los platillos estaban correctos y leyó en voz alta un pedido que ni siquiera era el nuestro. Cuando aclaré que no era lo que habíamos pedido --y que ni siquiera me gustan los ingredientes que mencionó-- su respuesta fue que "deberíamos haber puesto más atención cuando salieron los platos", lo cual me pareció totalmente fuera de lugar e irrespetuoso. En ese punto, simplemente ya no quisimos discutir más y terminamos comiendo lo que había en la mesa para evitar arruinar más la noche.
