There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. I have been lucky enough to use the services of Dr. Alati numerous times, and to see him for maintenance visits. Every time I have had an actual pain from a sports injury or from tweaking something I was not supposed to, and I go to see him for my problem, he is able to accurately diagnose what is wrong with me and provide immediate relief from the pain I am suffering. The best example I can provide was from sciatica pain I was experiencing from playing football with a group of older guys. The pain was with me for a month until it got so bad my leg went numb. Within 5 minutes of Dr. Alati working on the issue - it was resolved. He has also resolved neck and shoulder pain I experience from bad posture at work and he takes the time to educate you about how to prevent these injuries and correct the issues. Highly recommended!
