My elderly mother recently moved into an assisted living facility, and somewhere during the move her beloved La-Z-Boy recliner got slightly damaged. Of course, she didn't notice until after her doctor reminded her how important it is to keep her feet elevated for circulation. I contacted Guy after looking to repair my electric love seat recliner. A bracket from under the seat had broken off. I contacted him on Monday, he came on Tuesday to look at it and by Saturday he had repaired it and had put it back together. He stands by his work and by the quality of work, I am positive I won't have any complains. He is professional, efficient and very nice. He was able to fix my recliner and gave me a few pointers on how to keep it functional such as moving it away from the wall and explained how the motor works. What a pleasant experience! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I HIGHLY recommend Guy (Guy is his name) from "Recliner Guy". I have a power reclining sofa that had been broken for about 3 months. My sofa was still under warranty, but dealing with the warranty repair company wasn't ideal. Took weeks to get an appointment, then the technician never showed up. So I gave up on that and searched online and found "Recliner Guy". I requested a quote on his website and he got back to me within minutes. He had a full schedule for a couple of days, but kept in touch with me to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me......great customer service. On the third day he was able to came out, and had the sofa fixed within probably half an hour. I have to say, he couldn't have been nicer and did a wonderful job repairing my recliner sofa. After he was done he even made sure my area rug under the sofa was straight, and the end tables and sofa table were put back in place.........who does that? First of all trying to find someone who repairs an actual recliner and not just re upholster was difficult. Luckily Guy the Recliner Guy was the first one to pop up on my yelp search and he was everything I could have asked for.
