I would not recommend this service. I needed my tablet charging port fixed,the technician consistently arrived late with no apologies, which was already frustrating. He drove to my residence. When he finally "fixed" my device, he did it in his car, not exactly reassuring, and unsurprisingly, it still didn't charge afterward. I wasn't able to verify if it was fixed as the transaction happened outside in his vehicle, but I trusted that if I was being charged it meant it was fixed. I texted him informing him it still wasn't holding charge and he offered to take the device for a few days, but by then I no longer felt comfortable handing it over, as if all felt shady. The whole process felt unprofessional from start to finish. And to top it off, I was charged $103 for a repair that clearly wasn't completed. I went to this guy because I broke my screen phone, after talking to Maurice I thought ok, he sounds like he knows what he's doing. Well, once he got my 275 dollars, he said he had to keep my phone until the next day. Well, I was without a phone for 2 days when in his business description says 20 minutes to an hour, Maurice said that the glue was not coming off the phone. Once I finally got it back two days later, yeah it looked like brand new, but once I left I discovered the digital print does not work and a lot of other glitches. I went back in the store and told Maurice. First, he said he had to email Samsung for an update and it would work and after waiting a week, the so called software update did not work. Second, he said that he was going to have to buy a new piece for the back of the phone, so the fingerprint can work. He said come back Thursday August 8th 4pm; I did, but Maurice was not in, I'm always told that he stepped out or he's out to lunch. My time is also valuable not just yours. I also have noticed that the buttons on the phone doesn't align with the phone case and bought two different ones thinking it was the case, but it looks like it's the new phone cover. Anyway, I am still waiting to get the digital print to get fix and I will report this place to the business bureau because I feel like he is waiting for me to forget what he needs to fix. I had brought my iPhone 8 Plus for a battery replacement, I had to wait one hour and 45 minutes. ( I left my phone at 3:18 pm- 5:03 pm.) The employee had taken a lunch break, while my "battery cells were transferring into my phone." Once I paid, I had check my phone and the battery started dropping at 2% within 3 minutes of leaving the store. The store owner started blaming my phone saying that it's not the battery he had replace. The positive thing about the experience is that the store employee gave me a refund and place my old battery back. The installation of my old battery wasn't place right, so my phone shut down. So we came here to get my daughter's ipad screen fixed. It didn't have ANY problems at all prior but the cracked screen. They took over 3 weeks to fix the screen and when we received it we noticed it wouldn't connect to the WIFI, jt was greyed out. I took it back to them and they said they didn't know and it wasn't their issue. I took it somewhere else and they told us that whoever changed the screen broke something internal from the ipad and it was no longer fixable. The battery also dies suddenly and won't charge passed 2%, we never had this issue before taking it here either. We paid $100 for a new screen with this business but now we have a worthless ipad that no longer works. Please avoid this place, as I truly feel I got scammed. read more

I wanted to like this place but after a few months, overall I am very frustrated with the service I got. First of all, I dropped my iPhone 13 pretty bad and it was, at least externally, completely destroyed. The screen didn't work and was completely shattered, as was the back of the phone, and the frame was bent. I bought the phone in February 2022 so it's still pretty new. I was unsure if it would be able to be fixed, so I was very happy to hear it when Maurice said he could fix it. He told me it would be around $300 for the frame adjustment and screen and back replacement. I was happy with that since paying off the rest of my phone and getting a new phone would've been at least $1000. It was a Thursday and he said he'd have it by Monday, which was amazing. Monday came around and he hadn't emailed me. I waited another day until I emailed him checking in. He never responded, so I ended up calling on Wednesday. He said there had been some delays in getting the parts but he'd have it fixed by the end of the next day. I called him at around 5pm the next day and he said it was just about ready. I asked if I should come then and he said yes. I went in and the phone was not ready. I had a trip that I was leaving for the next Thursday, so I was anxious to get my phone back. I waited and then went in again on the day before I was leaving, hoping that it would have been enough time for him to have fixed the phone. It was not because, apparently, there was some safeguard with the device that meant it needed a very specific screen in order for the phone to turn on. Maurice said this part would add another $200 to my cost. Keep in mind it has already been almost two weeks and I'm only learning this now. He gave me the option of a full refund but my phone wouldn't be at all fixed and I would've just been stuck with the earlier problem of broken phone and steep costs for a new one. So, I accepted the extra $200 cost because it was still less than getting a new phone and because I needed my phone for my trip the next day. He said he'd have to get up early but he'd have my phone ready by 11am. Luckily, this time he was right and I finally got my phone back hours before I had to leave and everything seemed to work. It had been a total of 2 weeks since I turned in my phone and I had spent a total of $500 on the repair. While I was a bit frustrated with the timing and cost as well as his communication, I was grateful to have my phone back. Everything seemed to be perfectly okay except the LiDAR on the back facing camera no longer worked and when the screen was on low brightness, blacks would become blue. I was fine with these downfalls because, again, I didn't want to spend more money getting them fixed and I was already grateful to have my phone working again. However, after the 90 day warranty period, I discovered that somehow the back of the phone had been shattered again even though my phone had been in its otter box case the whole time. After this discovery, the entire screen started to come out of the phone's frame every once in a while. The only explanation I could come up with was that the phone was put back together very poorly. Now, as of yesterday, the phone dies while at 70-90%. The screen doesn't stay in the frame at all and the screen is cracked again due to me trying to push it back into the frame. Now my phone is basically unusable, I threw $500 down the drain, and I have to figure out how I can pay for a new one. From other reviews, I can tell that Maurice's service is usually quick and well-priced and my experience is an outlier. I thought it was important to share regardless. read more

Friend got his phone fixed up here and initially he was told that it would only take 1 week. Ended up taking 3 weeks without letting him know, no call or anything. Communication here is terrible. Phone came back with scratches on the back that weren't there before. Then, when he got his phone, one of the corners was lifted and not in place. The phone was also returned chipped right next to the edges of the screen where they tried to take it off. Because of this after very minimal pressure, the screen easily cracked again because of the screen not being in the right place. They tried to solve the problem by giving him a brand new frame but it was the exact same one with more scratches. He took my phone and gave me an appx time. I told him to not worry I would pick it up before they closed since he looked busy. When I went to pick it up he was finishing it up. Upon replacing the battery, the tech told me that my "home" button also needed to be replaced, and that he could have it completed for me the next day (after I called several times to inquire about status and being told on two occasions that I would get a a call before close of business (by other personnel). I never received those calls! Needless to say, the new battery works better, but the fingerprint scanner for the "home" button doesn't work, and it worked before I took it there. Horrible customer service and work ethics, I brought in my son's iPad 2 for a battery replacement (battery expanded while sitting in for over a month without use) called this place quoted me $65.00 and Maurice (the owner) stated 2-3 hours maximum I thought it was a good price, showed up to the shop immediately was greeted by Nathan he stated battery replacement would take around 4 hours -enough time to deliver by the end of business day- I agreed to leave the iPad for repair, Maurice is monitoring the conversation and rammed into the conversation and said "you got a real bad case here! You need a new screen and battery" I just stood and watched the whole act, at the same time I was in the shop Maurice was taking care of other customer (senior citizen) and he tells her "unfortunately your laptop is ready for RECYCLING there's nothing we can do, we can take it here for recycling, but we were not able to recover your data from the hard drive kept it plugged for long hours but no results". Back to my iPad I told them I had certainty that my iPad only needed a battery replacement and I didn't want to pay for screen replacements, Maurice -again- "okay if you want to replace only the battery we will only replace that part" asked me to leave the iPad without invoice or work order??? Okay i asked him if he's going to write an invoice? He asked Nathan to write me up a $0.01 charge on my credit card as proof that I left an $250.00 worth device, (the device is old maybe worth less than! The original $800.00 price). By the end of business day 8:00pm no call no message? Next day I called them after waiting for promised 4 hr repair, Maurice answered the phone faking his voice, it sounded very fishy to my ears , besides the interaction at the shop, so at this time Maurice ( the owner) tells me he already tried a new battery "without results" (this frase rang in my ears) he said "you might have a motherboard issue" I said - but the iPad only needed a battery- he replied "we already tried different ways and the battery itself is not going to make the repair we even tried the Apple scanner to test every component without results", - plus reminded me of the senior citizen in my first visit-suddenly he sounded like a certified Apple technician, so I just kept taking notes, and called a trustworthy technician in L.A. who gave me advice previously to visiting this HORRIBLE PEOPLE, just by description and a couple of pictures he was able to tell me I didn't need anything but a battery!!! That's what a true professional would do! . Today after 2 days of BS, RUNAROUND AND BUNCH OF LIES!! I called Maurice again!! Said there is nothing he can do he advise it's better to take my business to my buddy he said he already put everything together and back as when I dropped it off to them, he also compared the expanded battery to a pregnant woman, he always leaded the conversation looking for rewards or admiration?? Took my macbook air in for a screen repair. They had told me it would be done same week, but never got a call back. Told me the parts were not working and it should be done in some days, but never got a follow up or call back. I called again the following week and they told me the same thing. I finally got it back today and my macbook is repaired finally after close to a month of waiting. My screen replacement looks bad, the colors aren't as bright as they used to be, and overall looks like a cheap display they bought in order to make a larger profit. I broke my iPhone 7 plus and made an appointment with the Apple genius to have it repaired. Problem was it would be another 5 days before my appointment. Looking up the typical cost of the repair on the Apple website was $170. I checked out a diy video and the replacement parts $70 + special 000 torx (ugh no thanks). I looked up these guys and it was $70 + 90 days warranty and would take done 45 minutes. Sure enough phone looked great and they applied a screen protector on for free! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the next day a small rubber gasket appeared around the home button. Brought my dell laptop here to hopefully get the screen repaired as soon as possible and luckily the guy helping me took a look at it and called me back telling me he needed to replace the backlight for it as well but that he needed to order a part for it. He told me he would call me as soon as it was in and so I waited, I called back a week later and he told me that it should be in any day. I called back another week later and was told that it should be in either later that day or tomorrow. It has now been over a month a no call back.
