Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with this company. I worked with Nick and he was very helpful and courteous; however, the delivery team damaged (big and deep scratches) on our wooden floor! The delivery company never responded to our calls and concerns. I contacted the owner of Azzari's and he completely denied the issue (even though Nick had explained to him about the floor damage). He was very unprofessional and handled the issue very poorly.... We purchased the refrigerator for about $9000 and it cost us another $8000 to fix the floor. No one could do a patching for our damaged wooden floor, they had to fix a big area in order to make it look normal. I don't recommend this company read more

Terrible store, I won't be buying anything here again. I've spent a total of $20k at this store. First, they got the colors wrong, making me wait an extra month. Then, when the products were delivered to my home, I found multiple errors. First, the shower heads. I requested the largest size, and the salesperson Anne assured me she had ordered 14-inch ones(confirmed twice), but what I actually received were 10-inch ones. Second, I asked for one wall arm and one 24-inch ceiling arm for shower heads , but I received two 10-inch ceiling arms. Third, I needed two basin pop-up buttons, but I only received one. After discovering these errors, I called Anne, but she didn't answer the phone, and she didn't reply to my messages. I called the store, and they promised to get back to me this morning. I also sent an email to the store, but so far, I haven't received any response regarding resolving the issue. read more

This review is based on my total experience with Azzari design center. We recently purchased over $50,000 worth of appliances and honestly feel like they didn't care when it came to both the appliance delivery, hookup, and having the appliances work. The True Ice Maker that I purchased is still not working almost two weeks after installation. Two different crews from the installation people didn't know how to get it started. When I emailed my sale representative Trung Le, he just emailed me the number for the true service appliance help. He didn't even offer to have a phone call with me to ensure that it was turned on correctly to start the ice making process. For the day of delivery, we were never made aware that there would be to separate installation crews which made a difference because if we didn't bring it up, we would have had to wait the entire day for delivery. The first crew didnt have the proper materials to install our 48" fridge. They also improperly installed our undermount fridge and ice maker. It's extremely disappointing that they ONLY care about selling you the appliances, but not about showing you how to use them, or even stand by products they sell. They just push you off to a service number. read more

We purchased an Ilve stove from Azzari. It took some time for the stove to come in. We haven't had the stove for even 1 year and the oven has stopped working several times. We have gone months without a working stove. It is almost as if the burner inside the stove disintegrates and needs to be replaced. We have called and they have sent out technicians and they are refusing to admit the product is in fact a lemon and will not give us the info to contact Ilve (which Ilve says that Azzari is the only one that has that information to process the warranty) We were also told they have to keep sending technicians out. They come, fix, it works for a week or so and then stops working completely. I can't tell you how many times I have had to throw out food because the oven has stopped working. In the end Azzari did step up and refunded us the full purchase price even though Ilve wanted to keep repairing it. Crappy situation, but Azzari did do what was right. read more

On each occasion that we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a number of employees who were highly knowledgeable about their respective lines of work. The sales reps are helpful without being aggressive. We primarily worked with Brad, who was particularly helpful in showing us different options available to us for our kitchen remodel. Brad educated us on some manufacturer incentives that we were unaware of. Was really looking forward to my new home remodel, SubZero and Wolf appliances and kitchen and bath cabinets. Been patiently working with them for almost a month now, and when I asked for pricing, details and dimensions to ensure everything fits flush as needed they didn't provide but said I needed to pay first. How am I to ensure fitment and that everything is correct without have it verified. Then David at the store responded that they stopped working on it and to cancel. What shitty service from a store that is supposed to be high end. I'll take my business to Pacific Sales and plenty of other cabinet retailers/wholesalers all surrounding State College. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere that will be happy to earn and have you as a client of theirs. read more

Very nice people (Nick) but make sure the appliance is exactly what you want. We purchased two refrigerators, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink/faucet, wine refrigerator, and exhaust fan/hood - all high-end (approx $27,000). The original refrigerator turned out to be too deep and we immediately realized it would not fit. They refused to return it since they had already thrown away the box/packing material. We still needed to purchase a washer/dryer so they offered us a $1,000 trade-in (the original price we paid was $4,500). Needless to say, we went to Pacific Sales for the washer/dryer (actually better prices). read more

UPDATE: in response to the owners response, you must have been hearing a different conversation because Olga NEVER provided a price range. Your $4000-$5000 is the first time hearing that price. Nor did I ask for an ETA on the item. What I did ask for is, when should I call back for the price, not when is the item available. If you really did hear the conversation, which I question if you heard the it. No where did you guys tell the customer that we are being recorded. California is a "two-party consent" state. This makes it illegal to record a private conversation unless all parties consent to the recording. A violation of this law is a criminal misdemeanor. I literally just paused writing this update to call your store and talked with an employee, again there is no warning that this conversation is being recorded. You just admitted that you have violated California state law, or the recording you mention of, doesn't exist. If there's no recording and you just went off Olga's word, then she is telling you a different version of the truth. If you have recordings then listen to the right one and hear that Olga NEVER mentioned a price range and I never asked for an ETA on the item. The only part of your/Olga's version that is correct is Olga telling me she would have to make a call to find out, find out the price of the item. Not ETA. Not all employees are going to tell their boss the truth. I will be reporting this illegally recorded conversation, unless there is no recorded conversation that exist and you want to change your response to reflect that. Original post: Called to get a price on an item, per their website it stated call to get pricing. When I called, they didn't even have the price available and would have to call someone (maybe the maker of the item?) They asked for my name and number, which I declined to provide and stated I could call back. The lady then gets snappy and said you called wanting information from us, but won't provide yours. I stated I would call back and when would be the best time, Olga then stated called back whenever. Olga was just rude, I'm calling because I'm looking to purchase something and you providing me information is part of providing customer service. Don't make it sound like your doing the customer a favor by providing a price to an item. There are plenty of places to shop at that provide better service. read more

I am giving Azzari 1 star, but would give them less if I could. Our experience with Azzari was horrendous. During our kitchen remodel we placed an order at Azzari for 4 major appliances, many plumbing fixtures and a water filtration system.  The sales associate made careless errors on our order. In addition to the major delays the change orders caused we were treated rudely once we brought the errors to the sales rep as well as to the owner's attention. When our oven finally came in, David, the owner, first tried to force us to pay the balance by cashier's check when there was no reason why we shouldn't have been able to pay by credit card. Let me be clear, the balance was $9000 - I am pretty sure most people would want to put that on their credit card and not pay that in cash on the spot. Then he told us we had to arrange delivery of the large appliance on our own. They only relented after we called Wolf and told them what was going on. Please note that they treated us this way despite the fact we purchased $30,000 worth of appliances and faucet fixtures from them. We will never shop here again.  They were incompetent with a major purchase, rude and shady asking for cash. Beware. read more

Jimmy is the man!! We just recently renovated our kitchen and need new appliances. We have been researching and shopping around for months and we knew which models we wanted. I reached out to him and gave him the model numbers and he quoted me the best price for each. I really wanted these particular model so him beating bestbuy and Lowe's was a no brainier. They offered me free delivery to my garage but use a third party company to do full installs. Highly recommend you giving them a call if you're in the market for appliances. When we discovered the error, we corrected it after we erroneously were told it would not affect our delivery date. Wolff moved us back in line, delaying delivery by several months. Rather than acknowledge the error and try to rectify it, the sales rep and owner instead blamed us for not catching a one letter difference in the SKU code on the invoice, and did nothing to try to expedite the order. Second, Azzari repeatedly pushed back our delivery date, to the point we had to purchase another oven from Pacific Sales just in case they never provided the oven to us. At several points we were forced to go directly to Wolff to address glaring lapses in customer service. The owner of Azzari, David, was rude to my wife, telling her he would only speak to her via email. When Azzari finally told us an oven was available, David first tried to force us to pay the balance by cashier's check. He then refused to release the oven until our credit card charge "cleared" and the money was deposited into their account. Then he refused to deliver the oven, telling us we had to arrange delivery on our own. They only relented after we called Wolff and told them what was going on. Then David refused to provide an extra set of knobs, which they agreed to do when we ordered the oven. Wolff felt bad for us so gave us the set of knobs for free. Please note that they treated us this way despite the fact we purchased $30,000 worth of appliances from them. We will never shop here again. read more

I first discovered Azzari Design Center several years ago when I was having a bathroom remodeled. I was so impressed with their wide selection of products and knowledgeable staff that I immediately decided to start (and end) my search for a wonderful new stove there recently. Though I hadn't been in the store for a while I was blown away by how much they expanded the showroom. They had a great inventory of stoves in all different price ranges but I knew when i saw the french stove called La Cornu that that was the stove for me. Even during these times of supply chain problems my stove came in on time. I ordered it back in July and got it just two days before Thanksgiving... but this is because each of these stoves are custom made to order. Further, as already stated, the supply chain issues complicate things. However, the staff at Azzari kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. Additionally, the installers. contracted by Azzari, showed up on time and did a fantastic job helping me move my old 1925 stove (heavy) out of the way and then carefully brought my new stove in. Not a scratch on it! The staff at Azzari told me ahead of time about needing to get a 220 volt outlet in place so that the installation could go smoothly.
