I absolutely loved our entire experience with Charity at Bathroom Vanities. I went to a few wholesale places and no one else had as great of selection, prices, and customer service. We needed 2 vanities for both our bathroom remodels and any site like Amazon or Wayfair cost too much for the assembled vanity sets so when we came here, we were pleasantly surprised with our savings. In addition, my property is in Palm Springs so it was really nice they provided delivery for one flat fee to deliver to my house. All the way to the end, Charity was so kind. One of the faucets wasn't working due to the the thickness of our mirror and Charity let us take a replacement before I could bring in the old one because she understood the property was really far. Charity (the store manager) is great ! Very friendly and highly responsive. I don't think there's any other store in OC that has as many modern vanity selections. We LOVE our floating vanity. Also ended up buying our LED mirror lights and faucets. Everything we bought is great quality. Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because after we installed 2 vanities in our master bath we realized the acrylic top was different colors ! One was off white and the other was ultra white , you can clearly see the difference. They came and swapped it out right away but they don't seem to have a robust inventory management system. read more

Bathroom Vanities Wholesale was my THIRD attempt to get vanities for my two bathrooms (delayed on Lowe's for over a month, cancelled, delayed another month on build.com, and cancelled). Found Bathroom Vanities Wholesale on Houzz originally but the vanities I was interested in were out of stock there. By chance I looked up the seller profile and did a search to see if they had their own site, and they did! AND the prices were way better than on Houzz. I ordered from them directly and had a good experience working with Allen. A fully online purchase, didn't go to the showroom, made a quick call to check if the vanities I wanted were in stock, and they were. Allen was quick to send over quotes and final invoice on the same day. Placed order on Tuesday, shipped out on Thursday and was delivered by Monday afternoon in SF after a minor delay (originally would have been delivered on Friday for my location). Both arrived in good shape! Just make sure to have your FULL name and correct phone number on the invoices so that the freight delivery folks don't hold your delivery until recipient details are confirmed by them. read more

I was looking for a 30 inch vanity set from this store. Stephen Baca was very helpful to suggest different options and styles and color. After I went home I measured again our old vanity and take photo of our floor tile for better color matching. We went back and ordered the unit and it arrived the next day. During the installation, I found out that the installation description was all just pictures without any text. This caused problems for me because I did couple of things wrong. I went back to the store and Stephen was very helpful to answer my installation questions. Later I called Stephen for one more installation question and again he was very helpful to solve my problem. I was very pleased with Stephen's exceptional service. He made good suggestions for product selection and was very knowledgeable to help me solve my installation problem.
