After - New cabinets, countertops, backsplash, gas for stove, drywall, lighting, flooring (all downstairs).

We are so pleased with our kitchen and guest bath remodel with All OC Kitchen. Jim (our designer) did a fantastic job with this project that went far beyond replacing outdated cabinets and countertop. Due to its age, the kitchen lacked many elements that are required or standard inside modern kitchen--electricity at the island, a water line behind the fridge, and a gas line to the stove. We also replaced the mismatched and damaged flooring and baseboards throughout the downstairs. Although we kept the overall layout, Jim improved the usability of the space (e.g., eliminating the clutter on top of the fridge and lots of inaccessible cabinet space), showed us and gave feedback on alternatives where we were undecided, and knew how to make it all not just work but look nicely finished (like with the cabinetry enclosing the fridge). Everything was fully permitted, and they were transparent on pricing throughout. There were some change orders along the way due to things that came up as the work progressed and where we added to the scope of work. Katrin, Eric, and Jim -- thank you for your work!

stunning tile, looks even better in person. Material quality and installation are top notch

Recently had a shower/tub remodel put in by all OC Kitchen and bath, and the result is stunning! I live in a condo, and the shower that came with the place broke (literally the tub part of it just cracked and caved in under my feet). Initially tried seeing if it could be repaired, but ultimately ended up taking it as an opportunity to upgrade and went the route of putting in a new tub and switching to an a tile shower. So glad we did! It's been a massive upgrade, not only in how the bathroom looks, but it's an amazing shower. I'm surprised at how much nicer it is to have a nice shower, and now look forward to taking one every day . If you're on the fence with a bathroom remodel, my vote is to go for it, and to use All OC as your contractor. This is the first major project i've hired a contractor to work on, and I'm lucky to have gone with All OC, customer service was top notch and they addressed all my concerns and questions during the process. The planning process was pretty fun, a bit overwhelming at first for me (with the extent of my bathroom remodel experience coming from playing The Sims), but they guided me and my wife through everything and we ended up selecting the perfect tile color and fixtures. The plumbers, installers, and painters All OC brought out were all at the top of their craft. The quality of materials, and attention to detail in the installation was impressive. We had a pretty challenging situation since our bathroom is very small, tight space, shared walls, and hard to work in, but the All OC team was able to work magic to get everything into place. The prices seemed very fair, maybe not the cheapest but you absolutely get what you pay for, and they were awesome in making sure the outcome was what we expected, fully permitted, and transparent on additional work that needed to be done (in our case had to get some extra framing due to city codes and shared wall situation). They explained everything in detail and really knocked it out of the park. They also were responsive to concerns I had and went above and beyond to make sure the final result was perfect. The glass door and glass shampoo holder also look amazing, and fit so well with the tile. They seamlessly worked around constraints from the city/building (shared walls so couldn't make a nook) and came up with a solution that honestly probably is even better! I'm so glad to have went with All OC, and my sincere thanks go out to them for not only dealing with a complicated install, but for addressing all my concerns and going the extra mile to make sure the finished item is amazing. Thanks again for all your help and hard work!!!

Email threatening to place a lien on our home after receiving an email 4 days earlier asking for payment.

On Thursday 9/5, they sent me an email for the remaining balance and "If ugh can mail the check at your earliest convenience." I mailed it today 9/9, but I received an email today threatening me with a lien if I don't pay in 72 hours and they wanted proof that I mailed it. I told them I already mailed it and they could kindly F off. I don't take well to threats from a business that tries to nickel and dime customers.

I just completed a full bathroom remodel with All OC and am very happy with the end result. We converted a tub/ shower combo to a walk-in shower and the entire bathroom is now much more beautiful and functional. The tile work was a bit of a challenge since the shower tile was both an abnormal, hexagon shape and had a pattern that needed to be matched which ultimately came out perfectly. Jim was really excellent at helping me hone in on the smaller details design-wise. Katrin was excellent at keeping the project moving forward and advising of and scheduling the next steps. Eric came in to help me revise a few details on the shower tile which gave me a better end result. Overall they were accurate about the timeline, communicated very well and I'm very happy with how it all turned out. They know what they are doing and have a seasoned crew who all work well together. Much appreciation for the beautiful work they did!

From start to finish All OC Kitchen and Bath did a great job transforming our bathroom. We are so happy with our new bathroom!

This photo does not do our kitchen justice!

We recently used All OC Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodel project. Carrie did a great job on the design and their contractor/installers were easy to work with and did a super quality job. Like most remodel projects, ours had some "bumps in the road". Unlike most contractors I have worked with, who tend to run away from problems, Carrie and the owners engaged immediately and got things back on track. Overall, the project was on-schedule and on-budget! I would highly recommend All OC! Chip D.

Huge thanks to Sydney for assisting me in the construction of my dream kitchen. The unicorn of dark/semi matte pre-fabricated finish is exactly what I was looking. Very hard to find and extremely high quality. Per her recommendation, the honey bronze pulls and tinted glass truly made my kitchen into something out of a magazines. Chefs kiss.

We hired OC kitchen and Bath to remodel our master bathroom and so happy we did. We had other estimates but from the first time meeting with Jim we felt very comfortable and confident they would do a beautiful job. It was a long process getting a bathroom remodeled ( I had no idea the extent it took ) they used only the best when it came to all the different jobs it took to getting it complete. Katrin, Jim, and Eric were extremely helpful and always got back to us immediately if we had any questions or concerns. We would 100% highly recommend using this company and now we get to enjoy using our spa like bathroom!

All OC Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job remodeling our bathrooms which were original to our mid-60's tract home. They look amazing, the work was completed in just a few weeks and they were reasonably priced, too. Very happy customer

I would recommend. I waited a couple of months to write this because I wanted to make sure we were happy.. and we are. Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. I think, overall, things went well from the very start. When we were looking for someone to remodel our kitchen our first visit was with Jim. He showed us everything we wanted in that visit. And provided a written estimate. Something others were reluctant to do. Doing due diligence, we contacted 3 additional contractors. We were not as pleased them, to say the least. They came in a little cheaper, but what they offered was not as good, or they seemed shady. Our decision to go with All OC was the right one. Not everything went perfect. I didn't expect it to. But, everyone's response to all my questions and concerns was what exactly what I had hoped for. They listened and resolved. I have to give big kudos to Katrin. She is excellent at what she does. She listens, she follows up, she gets results. She knows how to manage a project. I would have to say that Mo, the cabinet guy, is probably the best in his field. The installation was done perfectly. I guess when someone comes in with a 3D laser level, you have to expect he knows his stuff. The tile guys also did an amazing job. The floor looks perfect. I had to laugh at one point because I heard a two of the guys arguing over the layout. You know you have some folks passionate about their work when argue for perfection. There is more I could write, but you probably stopped reading a couple paragraphs up. So, yes, I would recommend.

All OC did a great job on 3 bathroom remodels for me. From quoting to material selection, to scheduling and getting the work done, everything was courteous, reliable, and professional. They worked with my budget and communicated every step of the way, I'm very happy with the end result. The crew was awesome, cleaned up well, and very courteous to my neighbors during demolition and cutting tiles. In fact, my neighbor was so impressed that she just hired them to redo her kitchen! The only delays that occurred were due to city inspection rescheduling, which is out of All OC's control, but Katrin kept me well informed of the progress, and the whole project finished on time.

We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I am attaching some photos of the closet where they laid carpeting and installed quartz, the tile & painting in the laundry room and the painting of the living room/foyer where the new closet was built above.

I was shown around by a very nice man (Cesar) and found the perfect tile for our shower. He let me borrow the sample for the weekend which was incredibly helpful. I showed the sample to my wife and she loved it as well. On Monday I went in and purchased the amount of tile my installer recommended. On my excitement of buying I did not read and was not told that all sales are final. After finishing up our shower which by the way came out perfect, I called and asked if I could return one full box for a refund. No was the answer and I was out $75.00 and have a box and half of tiles that will never be used. My suggestion is be very certain of measurements because once you sign the invoice you have cross the road of literally no return. My shower looks fantastic I could not picked a better tile and my installer (FRG Tile Installation) did an excellent job, just be wary of the no return policy so your not overpaying with no option of a refund.

He gave me a reasonable price with no pressure. The job involved removing the old tub/shower, replacing the plumbing, building a bench, wet-mopping, adding cement-backing, installing porcelain tile, replacing the flooring, adding drywall (including re-stucco-ing, and repainting). Each team - demolition, plumber, framing, wet-mop, tiler, dry-wall/painter - was professional, competent, hardworking, and clean-minded. Keep in mind that this is not a one day job --- mine took 1 1/2 weeks. Joe was always responsive to my calls and kept the job moving. Also, his quote does not include the glass enclosure. Joe sent me a good glass enclosure contractor and he added an additional week - 1 day for estimate, 5 days to cut/temper the glass, and one day to install. I enjoyed watching them work. To get the job done right, there is a lot of expertise involved. My wife was so grateful that she always provided snacks and water for the crews.

I strongly dislike giving reviews lower than three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than…read moretwo stars here, and I should only give 1 star-. My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.
