When they make a sandwich correctly, it's usually Their potato salad and unsweetened tea are also favorites of mine. You're certainly entitled to dislike the food, dislike the hours, or leave a negative review. What you're not entitled to do is turn assumptions into accusations and present them as facts. Claiming you were "pretty sure" your chicken was cat isn't a legitimate criticism it's an accusation based on absolutely nothing. And repeatedly telling a story doesn't magically make it true. As for the comment about the "little English" spoken at the restaurant that says considerably more about you than it does about the people working there. Mocking someone's English or implying that the quality of their food should somehow be connected to how much English they speak is unnecessarily rude, ignorant, and completely irrelevant to your complaint. And the outrage over being turned away five minutes before closing is certainly something, especially when the business has already explained its policy. You may not agree with the policy, but acting as though being told "no" at closing time is some shocking personal offense doesn't make your version of events any more convincing. You've made your opinion clear. You didn't like the food, you didn't like the service, and apparently you didn't like the answer you received afterward either. At some point, continuing to repeat the same story starts looking less like "holding a business accountable" and more like being determined to get the last word. Hopefully, now that you've had your say several times, you can move on. I've been doing burgers and shakes and new flavors of ice cream and I'm discovering that chocolate ice cream and its many descendants are quite delicious. For example I beta tested the Kentucky Fudge Pecan Pie in a baby sized cup and found that I love it! I also reaffirmed that I have zero allergic reaction to pecans. Furthermore, I discovered that pie crust bits in ice cream are flipping fantastic and something I will include in my extensive list of things I am thankful for come this November's Turkey holiday.
