This Not the first mishap I have dealt with from Door Dash drivers. The driver delivered the wrong order so I called Panera. They made everything right on their end then said that I'd have to call door dash customer service to have someone pick up the right order and bring it to me again and was even told I'd receive a follow up call to make sure I'd received my food. An hour later I still had not received the correct order and no follow up call. So I called Panera again and found that no one had been there yet. I again called Door Dash customer service and was told that the order had been completed so there was nothing that she could do aside from the refund which should be in my account within 5-7 days. The refund btw had been initiated by Panera Bread Not Door Dash. I do not understand WHY the driver could not be contacted to redeliver the correct order to my home to make it right. I was told that I could order everything again but why in the world would I want to take a chance on having the same thing happen AGAIN because of Door Dash? Panera was very nice about all of this and as far as I'm concerned Door Dash is completely at fault with this and failed me as a customer. My wife and I don't play with those. I honestly thought they were on the tables to keep people occupied while waiting for their food. I don't remember seeing any price on it for use charges.
