Our food didn't take too long and neither did our drinks. They did forget the vanilla pumps in one of the coffees but they quickly corrected that once we brought it up to them. They have a small section of games on a shelf and once you are done with everything they ask you separate the dishes, silverware, and napkins into bins in the back left corner to make it easier for them. They do have complimentary water next to the pick up counter. The bagel I got was just ok - nothing crazy or different to write positively about. I do wish it was toasted more and it was a bit on the dry side I think due to it being sourdough. The acai bowl was delicious - my brother finished it pretty quickly. The breakfast sandwich was yummy and so were the potatoes on the side. My sister in law did say the french toast was very delicious while my brother claimed it was the best he ever had!

The owner also sells her own blend of teas and I ended up buying the one with the butterfly pea flower and her special mix of chai tea. And I couldn't resist from buying one of her homemade syrups. We will definitely be stopping by here whenever we're in Tahoe.

The combination of a flavorless drink and unnecessarily rude service ruined the visit. I won't be returning and can't recommend Tru Bowls to anyone.
