Food:1 Service: 1 Received an order today from a friend as a postpartum meal. Very disappointed in their service and food. First of all, food is so expensive nowadays why would you waste anyone's time by putting bad food for an uber eats driver to deliver. My friend ordered two orders of pretzel bites and both bags had burnt pretzels. Maybe 1 or 2 bites were edible and the rest was burnt! I called to complain and all they said was "sorry you'll have to call uber eats for a refund." Really! it's a gift that was delivered. Do better Juice it Up! Quality control your items as they leave your store unless this is your store standards. read more

Paroozing through Yelp trying to find a refreshing treat for this hot, summer day and came across Juice It Up! We ordered the Chili Lime Mango, Strawberry Wave, Piña Cool-Ada, and Acai Berry Bowl. Upon entering, it was nice and cool. Clean environment. Minimal seating -- just enough for you to wait for your order inside and two tables outside. We were immediately greeted by the worker who let us know that he'd be happy to answer any questions if needed. The worker got our order ready swiftly and even offered to give us our drinks ahead of time as he was still working on the bowl. The items were light and tasty. 1st time trying this place and it definitely has potential. I think j I just caught it on an off day. Was looking for a fresh, light and healthy breakfast. There was only 1 employee who was trying to help multiple people in store and mobile orders, also she was answering the phone. Patience was a must on this day but the juice I ordered definitely tasted of natural ingredients with no additives. The avocado toast was good could have used a little more flavor and not sure why mine had a hole in the bread. Also there is no place to eat inside so you're stuck enjoying your healthy meal with a side of exhaust fumes. read more

I visited Juice It Up for the first time, drawn in by the "now open" signs. There are a lot of options on the menu from açaí bowls, smoothies, and juices. I also noticed many smoothies feature non-fat yogurt. The two staff members were friendly and provided good suggestions, even noting that I can customize smoothies. The interior was clean and the dining area is limited--with just two large wall benches inside and one table outside. The staff were super attentive, answered all of our questions, and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu, which we appreciated since it was our first time there. The space was very clean upon entering, but there's not much indoor seating. Definitely more of a grab and go type of spot. That said, adding a few more seats inside would make it more inviting for those who want to hang out and enjoy their bowls. I ordered a build-your-own smoothie bowl with an acai and coconut base, topped with strawberries, pineapple, and coconut flakes. My bowl was assembled quickly, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The fruit was crisp and not soggy at all, and I especially loved the coconut base. It was smooth, flavorful, and refreshing. Next time, I'd probably skip the acai and go straight for a full coconut base. The coconut flakes added a nice texture too. They were pleasantly chewy rather than dry. Overall, a solid spot with fresh ingredients, great service, and a lot of potential. I'm excited to come back and try more combinations! read more

And when I say I love JIU, I mean before I moved to Roseville from Southern Cali I used to get JIU's Ultimate Acai smoothie nearly every other day that I knew the workers by name (some of them). I was ecstatic that, amidst a couple of other locations closing down in Folsom, there was a local JIU in Roseville. However, I beg for the owner and manager to change things up real quick before this location shuts down as well. Never have I had this experience with ANY Juice It Up locations. Why 2 stars? Minus 4 stars for calling in an order 30 minutes ahead of time and 3 workers looking clueless when I get there and mention that I'm here for pickup. Nobody was at the front by the time I got there and this was during AFTERNOON HOURS. After greeting with "Hello?!?" out come 3 workers (2 guys and 1 gal) from the backroom looking a little dazed and bewildered... (happiest hour, perhaps?). It looked like I was facing 3 stooges who had no clue when finally one of them recalled my order and apologized that he forgot to put the order in. He then walks away to get me a BOGO coupon for this order of 2 drinks - Plus 1 star. I repeat the same order since they were in shock and awe and couldn't communicate with each other. The 2 drinks come out quite messy with spillage on the sides. I ignore the messy cups, clean them myself, and simply try to enjoy the drinks optimistically. I love JIU so much that I'm begging Ownership to get a grip on their workers to turn this place around and uphold JIU standards that customers have come to love about the franchise. Hoping to give this place another go with better customer service, less mess, and improved accountability. read more

I really like Juice it Up but have been disappointed by what this new location in Roseville specifically on volume of a large size bowl. When I asked if "this is right" I got an F You look by the kid working. Have not been back since. Was averaging 1-2 times per week so my $100 a month is now going somewhere else. Still go to Fresno and Lodi locations and have not experienced this issue there. read more
