Super friendly employees! We went on a Sunday afternoon and this was our first time. They were pretty quick to get to us as we just happened to walk in when a group of 6 did as well. They have lots of tasty options including their bowls, drinks, smoothies and toasts. I went with the regular size blue lagoon bowl. It had lots of great toppings including chia seeds pineapple and strawberries. The downside is I was surprised at how many calories the bowls were. The place was clean and well kept! The employees were prompt with cleaning tables after customers left. I would definitely try it again! One thing that I didn't like was it was 42 degrees out and they had the door propped open. This is by far the best bowl place in town. The owners Amber and Brandon are absolutely amazing and work so hard to keep everything fresh and immaculate. The girls who work there, especially Courtney and Carmella at the Robb Drive location are upbeat, personable, hard-working, and couldn't be any cuter. They do a fantastic job listening to the orders and it taste like heaven! I thought it was just too bougie for me, but when temps topped 103° for several straight days...it was either the ice cream melting or I would. The staff inside was deliriously friendly, and gave me a little Ever101 of the products and options. I've had açaí in Brazil, so the bar was set pretty high. I ordered a small Tropical, and it had the "bases" of pitaya, açaí, and coco love. I no like 'naners, so that had to go first. Also, turns out I'm not a fan of granola. Pretty much on anything. So for me, I'd skip that topping next time, too. Overall, it's a lovely little hot weatehr treat, but I bet it's a sneaky calorie bomb, but hey, it had fruit on it! It was topped with chia pudding, strawberries, pineapple and shaved coconut. My husband had the tropical bowl, the bases were pitaya, acai and coco love. We both enjoyed our bowls, my favorite was the chia pudding, once it got frozen cold, the texture was so cool. The fruit was super fresh and delicious! The two gals that helped us out were super friendly and helpful. They explained how it all worked, gave us suggestions and then made our bowls quickly once we decided. We chose bowls from the local favorite menu but you can also create your own bowl. They have different bases, ranging from vanilla, cacao wow, chewy(a peanut butter acai), acai, pitaya, coco love, matcha, blue magik(coconut, pineapple and mango mixed with blue spirulina). These can all be mixed or you can choose one.
