I ended up with creases I didn't have prior. My eyes ended up sagging down. I called them. They wanted me to come in a second time. I did only made the situation worse ended up with the crease now between my eyes and they only gave me a partial refund on my lips. They offered to have me come in a third time I said I no longer trust you I want my money back. Verbally said they would never did I then showed up to their office three times they were never in sent me up to a different location. Spoke to a manager who said oh we certainly don't want small claims or a Yelp or Better Business Bureau and we will get back to you as soon as possible and no one ever did. I am still fighting them this need they need to go out of business. They're awful.

Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself.
