I came in for a Russian Lip Lift from Nurse Lauren. I've only had botox and wanted to try more. Nurse Lauren told me about the Russian style of lip fillers and it was exactly what I wanted. Lauren has a very calming energy which was very helpful since it was my first time. I would recommend her for anyone's first time and is thinking of doing it. She isn't pushy and will go at your pace. They numbed my lips beforehand well I relaxed in the room. The NP asks a few questions to make sure you're eligible and you're ready to go. RN Lauren has you lay back and gets to work. I couldn't feel a thing and before I knew it I was done with plump symmetrical lips. I got them done on Monday 7/31/23 (picture to the left) and the swelling has gone down and now I just have some slight bruising (picture to the right) I can't stop looking how symmetrical they are. I asked her for some advice in problem areas she said she does not give the advice ( which should be a part of consultation ) and then if there's a treatment u can't get n u show disappointment she then tells u she's getting a manger to explain things to u .. to only come and say she can't treat u and you and you never see her again .. it was extremely unprofessional, and I have never left an office building in full tears ever in my life . At a Dr office I thought that it was a place where I could speak freely about how I felt. I had an appointment set with Sophia but 6 days prior I thought it might be a good idea to call n see if I would need dissolver before proceeding. Phone presence (idk who answered) A+ right off the bat! Sweet voice and demeanor. Didn't sound fake nice with that high pitched dragging out every syllable-valley girl sound (ugh), nor irritated, nor mean-girl like is sometimes the case when calling a salon or spa of any sort. Imo businesses should be really mindful of who they put on the phone. But then the entire process after that was an absolute breeze and so friendly. She told me to text pictures (to an apple number [it's not green!]) Responses were swift & sure enough I needed dissolver then to wait 10 days in between. Initially I said to hold my deposit but two days later decided to get it back as maybe I'd hold off for a while. Zero problem getting that refunded. It was sent IMMEDIATELY. When I originally came in to see Nurse Victoria, I was planning of getting another ML of lip filler. Previously I had went to another med spa before finding Victoria. I hadn't realized how bad the med spa injector before had botched me. I had two bumps on my top lip, was extremely unsymmetrical and it was starting to migrate. Nurse Victoria led me in the right direction to dissolve my filler and restart. The process of removal was painless since she uses lidocaine mixed in with the hyaluronidase. My lips were a bit bruised and swollen after the procedure but after 3 days I could see my natural lips come back. The next area we went to work on was my chin. This has always been my biggest insecurity and something I don't mention often but it made me so happy when Nurse Victoria could also see right away where my problem was. She injected my chin with 2ML of filler and 6 units of Botox. I came back 2 weeks later for a follow up and got another couple units of Botox to level everything out. Miss Victoria is quite the perfectionist and that's exactly my type of RN! I will be coming back to do the complete glow up package but for now I'm extremely satisfied with the minor adjustments that we did! Although we made subtle changes, the impact is HUGE!!!
