we work with couple of our trucks with this company each time they quote a price and screw it until…read morelast penny they can they also make insurance frauds as well last time i send my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia truck with a 4 error codes they told me they fix everything and we left for paying following day and 36 miles later truck gives all same alerts and i didn't pay them and call them back to see whats going on in the meanwhile truck was on the road to delivery and we ended up on Freightliner Service they told us with a inspection report parts that they told its been changes not even touch by them and also their own employees declaration they just reset he doesnt know when will error codes will come up back long story short my lawyer contacted them and they even threaten my lawyer putting their words out of the market saying that we not pay them etc etc i just got a call from them thinking they want to work it out and they start threatening me on a recorded line saying that truck left there working but the issue when truck got there it was working too so they try to screw me out and all they are doing threatening but this time i will make sure they find what they are looking for AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HE SAYS HE DOESNT WANT TO TALK OVER THE PHONE AND TELL ME TO GO THERE AND TALK FACE TO FACE :) I WILL SEE YOU GUYS FACE ON COURT. ALSO I'VE BEEN VERY PATIENTLY ASK THEM ONE LAST CHANGE I WILL SEND THE TRUCK THERE YOU FIX AND I WILL PAY THEY SAY THEY DONT WANT MY BUSINESS THERE. SO LONG STORY SHORT THEY ARE SCAMMER KEEP YOUR TRUCKS AWAY FROM THEIR SHOP.

All other repair shops and dealerships were closed on the weekend and I wouldn't have been able to be seen anywhere until Monday morning. I'm beyond grateful for their service and kindness. I can't speak highly enough of this dude…read more I was driving through West Virginia when sensors in my truck started acting up and trigger engine power reduction. I was about to slowly get off the highway, and as I came to the exit, I saw a Chevy Dealership within reach, but as I tried to force my truck over there, my truck completely died. I pushed and pulled my truck into the parking lot of the Paul White Dealership, but their service center refused to help me. They suggested I tow my truck 15 miles to the next closest Chevy dealership. It was 4 pm in the afternoon. I needed to get to Asheville, NC that night. I googled around and found Riverside Service Center. I called them up. They said they were closing at 4:30, but they could tow my truck over the river if I need their help. I realized they were my best option. At 4:30, I got nervous. Stan and tow truck still wasn't there. I was afraid he'd called it a day and forgot about me, but back then, I didn't know Stan. If I knew Stan like I do now, I wouldn't have been nervous. Just before five, he came around the corner and picked up my truck. He stayed late and worked fast. He quickly got a sensor ordered and replaced to get me back on the road within an hour. I was amazed, and I still am incredibly grateful for his help. Have an issue with your car? Go see Stan!

Terrible Service - Overcharging - and Unprofessional Behavior…read moreWe were overcharged $9,000 for towing a truck, trailer, and three cars, even though the cars were not towed separately! The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent--they were swearing and speaking disrespectfully to customers, treating them as if they were garbage. Additionally, when our driver arrived to pick up the vehicles, they could not locate the person holding the car keys, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they charged excessive storage fees without justification. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and other relevant authorities to address this overpricing and misconduct. This kind of scam-like behavior should not be allowed to continue!
