A crew of 3 took care of the home and they did great work.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience…read more I booked this company 3 weeks in advance for a move-in cleaning. The appointment was reconfirmed by the owner on Thursday, 2 days prior to the cleaning scheduled for Saturday. I was specifically asked to ensure that no other workers were in the house while their team was cleaning, and we rearranged our schedule and coordinated everything accordingly as best as we could. At 5 PM on Friday--the evening before the scheduled cleaning--the owner called to cancel, saying there was an unspecified issue with her team. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had been texting with the owner at 3 PM that same afternoon discussing which part of the house the cleaners would start with. At no point did she mention that there was an issue or even suggest that the appointment might be cancelled. I was told they could not accommodate us this Sunday or Monday either, despite the fact that we are moving in Tuesday. Her suggestion was essentially that she would "do her best" to send options if she came across any-- she didn't have another company she could personally recommend. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. What I find unacceptable is the lack of notice, lack of contingency planning, and lack of genuine concern for the significant inconvenience caused to the customer. Canceling a confirmed move-in cleaning less than 24 hours beforehand leaves a customer scrambling at the worst possible time. If you are relying on a company for a time-sensitive cleaning, this one will not deliver.

After My Miracle Cleaning came to "deep clean" my home, I did a random online search asking what…read more someone should expect cleaners to do if they are doing a $600 deep cleaning of your residential home. I should have done this research before I scheduled the cleaning. Here's what it said: "Expect them to roll up with a serious kit--not just a mop and a rag. For a proper deep clean, here's what they should bring with them: * Microfiber cloths--tons of 'em, color-coded so they don't cross-contaminate (kitchen yellow, bathroom blue, etc.). * Extendable duster or telescoping pole for ceilings, fans, and high shelves--lazy pros just skip those. * Vacuum with HEPA filter--one that actually sucks, not a Shop Vac or some cordless toy. Bonus if it has attachments for crevices and upholstery. * Steam cleaner--for grout, floors, even mattresses if you're lucky. * Scrubbing brushes--stiff ones for tile, soft for wood, and a grout brush that looks like it means business. * Baking soda, vinegar, or eco-friendly degreasers--they'll mix on-site; no harsh chemicals unless you ask. * Ladder--short step one for ceilings, taller for windows. * Buckets--one for clean water, one for dirty, plus a squeegee for glass. * Rubber gloves--thick, not flimsy, so they don't quit halfway. * Trash bags--heavy-duty, because dust bunnies turn into garbage bags." The 2 person crew who showed up to "deep clean" my home on Thursday March 12, 2026 from My Miracle Cleaning showed up with a few rags, 1 bucket, 1 mop, a shop vac, and a random array of supplies. I had to ask them not to use the rags they used in the bathroom to clean the other areas of the house. The first thing they requested from us when they arrived was trash bags and paper towels. They didn't have any with them. They almost used a can of bug spray that was on our kitchen counter to clean the kitchen counter. I let them use our Fantastic spray instead . They had to borrow our step ladder to get to lights and fan and only after I reminded them to do the lights and fan. They did not clean the top of the refrigerator. They used a Shop Vac to vacuum all my floors and rugs. They mopped the tile floors with a mop I would have used for my weekly cleaning. I had to really direct much of what they were doing in addition to pitching in myself. They were very nice people and did whatever I asked but they didn't have the first clue as to what it means to really "deep clean" someone's home. No brushes used. No grout cleaning. But these cleaners really thought that what they were doing was a deep cleaning. So clearly they need further training from the leadership of the company. Or perhaps the leadership needs further training. I should have asked what kind of cleaning tools and cleaning supplies they would be bringing with them. I did not and that was my mistake. Needless to say we won't be using My Miracle Cleaning services in the future nor will we be recommending them to others. Raquel said all the right things as to what her cleaners would be doing but the cleaners were not at all knowledgeable as to "how" to deep clean floors and other surfaces. Be aware and ask about the tools they will be bringing or not bringing to your home to get the job done well. Raquel also gave me a range of pricing but it all depended on what the cleaners said they did after they left. They did not come out to assess and give an exact price ahead of time. Raquel sent me the invoice with the price the next day. Not a good way to do business. Get an exact price up front!

I originally contacted the owner, Andrew, who provided me with an estimate that seemed fairly priced. Once I was ready to book the appointment Andrew was out of the office and advised me to contact the office. I used the online portal to book and to my surprise the estimate was higher than Andrew had quoted. Although I was hesitant to book because of the inconsistent pricing, with all the positive reviews I decided to schedule the appointment anyways. Rosy arrived 15-20 minutes after the booking which was scheduled for 9:30am, no big deal. She was very sweet however, there was language barrier. Nonetheless she was prepared with using a translation app. Doing a walk thru of the empty residence, I pointed out everything that needed to be cleaned (walls, fixtures, blinds, floors, cabinets inside and outside and closets) this took probably another 30-45 min going back and forth using the translate app which got a bit tedious. I left the residence for her to clean and requested notification when she was close to being finished for me to inspect. Close to dinner time maybe around 7pm I had returned to the residence without receiving any notification on Rosy's status. When I arrived she was by herself still cleaning. What she did clean looked amazing however what she did not clean was definitely noticeable. I was extremely surprised that only 1 person came to clean because this was suppose to be a post construction, deep clean, which would require more than 1 person IMO. Nonetheless, I pointed out some blinds she failed to clean in the master bedroom where construction was had. In front of me, she took a rag and did a superficial wipe down (she did not clean the blinds individually therefore there was still residue left on them). Also noticed the sconces on the stairway were not dusted and she did a quick wipe. At this point anything I pointed out that she had missed felt rushed. Before I could finish my inspection of the cleaning Rosy left! For the next hour I took photos and videos of me wiping missed areas throughout the house and sending them to the office. They suggested Rosy to come back the next morning to finish the job however, this was scheduled for the job to be completed on the same day and I had movers scheduled the following day. Therefore, I declined their offer. For the next few weeks I received consistent follow up text messages eager for someone to return to complete the job. At this point, the services I needed were incomplete since it was for a move in deep clean and now I was moved in. I repeatedly declined their offer as it just seemed to be a hassle and inconvenience with trying to sort out belongings and feel settled in. At a certain point Andrew reached out to me and he was apologetic but again requested for me to send the same photos and videos that I had initially sent to the office of my dissatisfaction with the job. By this time I was annoyed and wanted to be done. I resubmitted the photos and videos and attempted to negotiate on pricing. I came up with a reasonable amount IMO which was half off. Instead Andrew wanted to note every little thing that was not done and minus the cost of that from the total. In the end, we came to agreement of cost. I made a few suggestions such as having more cleaners to come so the job could be executed as expected. In summary, I'm sure this is a good company however, for my needs it was less than satisfactory.
