Great services and great people. When I went to have a spare key for my truck cut the gentleman working the front counter informed me that someone had sold me the wrong key. He swapped it out for the correct key and cut the key without trying to upsell me for a different key. He could have made an extra couple bucks, but instead he got a customer for life. Could not get the key fully inserted on the driver's door. Adrian quickly helped and discovered there was a very small spring causing the obstruction. Adrian used his tools and removed the spring within a few minutes. Adrian inserted the key back in the driver's door and it was working perfect, and finished the job with some lubrication. I needed to open my Sentry safe due to a broken keypad. I called several locksmiths only to find most had mobile service only, with costs starting about $180. Found these guys with a real business operation, brought the safe over, and they opened it for $40. They even disposed of the old safe for me -- they explained it would be destroyed in the process. I had lost my motorcycle key. When my bike failed, I guess I threw away the key. Anyhow, it was going to cost more money and a headache to get a replacement key made. After calling around, I realized yelp will have to be a better way to search. All these 5 stars were not wrong. The store is located in a quiet neighborhood of Chino which is about 15 miles away from me. I called in and I was told price if they make the trip and if I bring the ignition assembly. I took the ignition assembly out. It was a painful process. Without thinking much I brought the assembly to the store and on the way realized it might take a while. They might not have the blanks or they might be busy and may ask me to come back in few days. I hate waiting. Locksmith took my assembly and he immediately started working on it. The shop was clean and well layed out. I can tell he is one serious Locksmith. In 30 minutes, my set of key was ready and I paid exactly as quoted over the phone. I couldn't be happier. By the way, motorcycle is a money pit and it will send you directly to hell. Don't buy it until you are ready to go. I should throw these keys away again. ;) read more

Submitted a couple of messages online thru their website asking for a callback for an appointment. Was told their website was having issues hence nobody got the messages. So while on the phone with some guy, I schedule an appointment for next business day after 1pm. They would call me before arriving at my house. No call, no show. And it's been over a week. This yelp rating is getting ridiculous. 5 star for such awesome service? Dont think so. Dont always trust Yelp! Not the first 5 star business I've come across to fail miserably. read more

Tooth of key was broken, stack in the lock of RV's cabinet, I drove to the locksmith I usually used, she tried, but failed, she told me, go to RV dealer, it's faraway , so I called another locksmith, sent photo to him, he told me , he can't unlock it. Then I drove home, google the locksmith near me, Try to unlock first, if still failed, I drove to RV dealer. I am lucky, the guy (sorry, I don't know his name) is so professional, he unlock it, and fix another disorder cabinet's lock, even told me unlock another hard to open the cabinet's door know how. Yesterday when I drove there around 1pm, there were three customers before me. I wasn't feel like waiting for long time, the price is fair. I highly recommend this company. read more

Awesome service! I had 4 car remote/keys programmed with them (2 for a 2013 Toyota Corolla and 2 for a 2015 Mazda CX-9). They completed the programming of the chips, cutting the keys and programming the buttons without a problem. Not only was the service great... OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I had a couple door locks on my vehicle that weren't working properly. The guy who helped me was EXTREMELY fast in finding the exact problem and fixing the issue. Even went above and beyond by fixing a broken mount for one of my door locks...if not, it would have cost me a lot more $ to replace the mount with a factory part. He also checked out all of my vehicle's locks very thoroughly to ensure they all worked properly. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and VERY HELPFUL he was. Look no further, this company is the best! Friendly, professional, efficient, on-time, best price for the job! And they clean up after the job is done. We are in the process of remodeling, we bought new door hardware for 11 doors. Massive project! We needed the new locks to be keyed the same so we hired B & B for the job. The best part was, when we asked if they also would install the hardware on each door, they said Yes! So for an extra cost, all the hardware is professionally installed and it looks beautiful. And my husband and I are still married! LOL I also learned that if you want new door hardware, which is something different than what Home Depot or Lowes offers and you have an idea what you like, they can order it for you! read more
