Fast, same day service for changing the locks on three of my doors to my house. As I was home all day having carpet installed, the technician was even able to come earlier than promised. This place knows their keys. You don't realize all of the advances in keys and locks until something goes wrong with yours. Especially on the auto side. Gabriel was the employee who helped me. He was so patient and knowledgable. My purse was stolen so I needed a replacement key. One of the kinds that flip out and has buttons that can open your doors and trunk. This type of key can also contain a transponder chip, mine did. Gabriel laser cut the key and found the code for the transponder. If this isn't done correctly you have a chance of making your car inoperable. B&B did all of this for a very reasonable fee. To buy a new key from the dealer would be over $400, it cost me a quarter of that. The place can sometimes get busy but it is worth the wait to have friendly, knowledgeable people take care of you. read more

These guys are so helpful and honest. I had to get a spare key cut for my car. I bought the micro-chipped key online and planned on taking it to a big box home improvement store to get cut. Well, those guys wouldn't or couldn't do it and the 2 other locksmiths I called wanted over $100! Yes, just to cut a programable car key. I call B&B Security, told me $5 and I drove straight there. They had it done in 5 minutes for less than $5. So friendly and offered to help if I had trouble programing the key (I didn't) but it was a kind gesture. This is my second review as my neighbor used B&B as well. She did not get the locks she paid for nor the service. Wrong key pads were installed with the promise to replace the incorrect ones (2). They never came back with the replacements and Cathy had to use another service to do this at additional cost. The ones B&B put in did not match, were knobs not handles. Went to have the 7 locks on my home rekeyed. Pros: They were open on a Saturday Completed while I waited Cons: $10 per lock. If you only have one lock, you get 2 keys. I had 7 locks so they charged me $70 but still only wanted to give me 2 keys. Wanted to charge me $1.75 per key for additional keys. I had to argue to get 4 keys. $70! I took the locks to them! And I had to argue for 4 keys! read more

So I needed a replacement key for my tonneau cover and I could not locate the lock maker anywhere on the Internet. It did have a key code so I looked on eBay and there they were all over just to be ordered. I ended up and ordered the keys last week. I received them today and unfortunately for me they did not work. I then located a local locksmith and once I stopped in to their facility they had no idea what key they could use to make it work. With all the keys on the wall how could someone know which key might work? So that locksmith referred me to B&B here in Chino. I thought for sure I was wasting my time again but what the heck, it was only down the street. Once I arrived I met Steven he immediately started to help me. While Steven was looking for a key that would work Ryan said let me see what you got. Ryan immediately said a Nissan X5 or X7 key will work. So Steven pulled the key blanks and X7 was the correct key wei. I said to Ryan "So you think that is the right key?" Ryan says back "I know it is, I have been doing this a long time". So Steven cuts the key and goes out to my truck to test and it WORKED!!!! I am AMAZED on how Ryan could just look at a key and call it out and be so confident that it was the correct one with hundreds of different blanks and styles on the wall. The keys I had for my 2003 Honda Pilot would go into the ignition but they just wouldn't turn over. Yes I jiggled the steering wheel, made sure I was on park, and stepped on the brake. I want to say out of 20 tries I got the key to turn twice. But the moment I turned off the car and try to turn it back on...no such luck. So with that story and researching I could just call a locksmith to fix it. Looked up Yelp and found B&B. Out of three other locksmiths they offered me the better price, warranty, and completed the job faster.
