Was having issues with my ignition cylinder this morning. An decided to change it a newer one, only to find out that I needed the keys to be reprogrammed with in order to work. Finding a auto locksmith was a little hard, but glad I was able to find B&B Locksmith. Spoke with Alex, about the situation and about an hour later he showed up to further inspect the situation. Great news from Alex once he showed up, he was able to fix the original ignition cylinder so that we can still use all of our original keys and etc. Definitely saved up some money instead of changing things out and having to reprogram the new keys. Very much appreciated B&B's customer service from beginning to the end. We ended up having issues with the front door lock of our business during the holiday. I called a few places and they all gave me the run around, "I can be there next week" "is this an emergency" if you have an issue with the front door of your business I'd say it's an emergency lol B&B however, accepted my call right away and had a technician there in two hours. He worked on it for an hour and stabilized it for a couple days till the parts arrive and yesterday he fixed it permanently.
