No drama. No pressure. Just results. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell he actually cares about solving the problem--not just padding a sales quota. The company as a whole is a breath of fresh air: honest, reliable, and actually shows up when they say they will. Imagine that! If you're tired of endless waiting, sky-high estimates, and feeling like just another number--call Jeff. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Highly recommend.

Quinn, a highly-trained and very competent Certified Master RV electical technician was phenomenal. He came out and did a professional and courteous job. Plus, he's just a helluva nice guy. Quinn got the old Transfer Switch out and the new one installed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about Quinn. I strongly recommend Quinn and Temple RV to anyone who needs an honest, highly-qualified electrician working on their rig. When I return to Charlotte in future winters, if I need any help with my RV, my first and only call will be to Temple RV... no one else.

After the parts came in, They discovered my axles were bent from whatever, had to buy new axles. Then, afterward when they Installed them, called me and told me I needed new tires... or they couldn't guarantee the work. It was only after they installed the tires, they told me they could not repair the slide after what they claimed was excessive time spent and bent frame. At that point the owner said they could not fix it and suggested I sell it for scrap or to an unsuspecting person and claim there were slide out issues or sell it for permanent setup at an RV park. After $6300 + spent. They were upset that I was not happy. The slide was not installed straight. AND instead of screws, they used pop rivets to reinstall the new slide motors. Enough bad stuff. They claim no responsibility for any of the repairs... Okay... I fixed the slide-out with an engineer and installed rollers under the slide inside fir support. I ordered and replaced my stove fan, Maxair cover, sealed the roof and replaced several broken screws. The Brakes on the new axles were not adjusted, wiring was left exposed and trimming was left flopping in the wind. Sadly, I will not return for any reason.

Some of the work I had done was fine, but there were real issues, too. The biggest issue was in winterizing; they failed to empty the fresh water tank, and after a deep freeze I had water flowing out the underside of my van. Although they promised to check the van thoroughly for damage, less than a half hour after dropping off the van I received a call informing me the problem had been found and fixed. I took the van back in April for de-winterization and asked that they insure all damage from their negligence in winterizing had been caught. Twenty minutes later, they were done with de-winterization and I was told no additional damage was found. On my first trip, I had problems with leaks. Triad denied any wrong doing and fabricated stories regarding what the had done and our communications. Perhaps Jeremy simply has a very short memory.

I first used this company years ago and the owner came out and was great. On this visit an employee came out to do a few repairs: 1. Replace my hot and cold water lines on my washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, on my next rv trip I quickly learned that he did NOT reconnect the dryer vent and the rv quickly heated up. The washer dryer will now need to be pulled out and reconnected properly. 2. Reconnect the trim pieces on 2 different slides that were pulled off the slide when closing and items were behind them. UNFORTUNATELY, the craftsmanship was horrendous. Some finishing nails were not completely hammered in, nail holes were left Unfilled with putty and the few nail holes that were filled were not smoothed out leaving mounds of putty on the wood. More UNFORTUNATE news is that as a result of the poor quality of work, both trim pieces fell away from the slide while camping. The job will need to be redone. 3. Adjust the vent cover on the roof as it was blocking the vent from closing all the way. UNFORTUNATELY, this was not corrected. This work racked up an few hundred dollars and all of it needs to be redone. All of it. I sent many pics and videos to the owner who I understand no longer lives in NC and I never heard anything back. I would have much preferred him to come out and correct the errors but this did not happen and after giving them several months to respond I want to inform other RVers of my experience.
