Nice seats, but the credits were unenjoyably loud in theatre 8. Not sure I can sit through a 3.5 hour movie after 30 minutes of LOUD noise.

Went 1-2 months ago to see Mario. The theatre was horrendously dirty and had a very vile smell.

Their reclining seats are also very comfy, probably even comfier than my couch at home. The screen and dynamic sound quality are also noteworthy. I distinctly remember a scene where the rain sound came from different overhead speakers than the voices of the characters, creating an immersive experience similar to movies in 4dx. To make your experience even better, B&B Theater has a Jazz lounge with live music to add to your movie going experience. Their slogan is "Enjoy the magic of the movies!"The small touches will definitely make your movie going experience magical.

All for supporting movie theaters but damn…read more We took the kids down here, despite it being more inconvenient than most, we wanted to live it up and try something new. I guess I'm glad to have tried it, but the worn out vibes, the not-so-helpful skeleton crew, and some other issues have me admitting it was a mistake. This used to be a shiny, vibrant feeling theater as the Alamo Drafthouse, but now it feels like it's hanging on for dear life. When we walked in it was silent, and they had the guy running the snacks also doing ticket check in. So basically we had to wait in line to get scanned as the poor guy was overstretched. I figured let's grab a bottle of water which was like $7-$8.. ridiculous. One of the selling points is we thought they did food here so we could get dinner -- nope. Kitchen was closed. For the kids movie we saw (Eleo) it was all the way up and the escalators were broken. Schlepped our way up carrying the youngest and through the uncanny, silent space. Saw the movie, were the only ones there, the theater was fine if not a little odd. When we were leaving I asked someone working how to validate my parking. Instead of, you know, doing it, he pointed me to a little white machine. I put my ticket in, but it didn't seem quite right. I asked the guy (who was wearing AirPods) if it worked and he said yes. I started to put it through to double check and he emphatically stopped me from it and assured me it worked. So we haul the kids back to the Cosentino's garage, wait forever to get out of it, and then when we scan our ticket instead of the gate opening we get hit with a $27 charge, despite having seen a movie and having parking covered per their website. I was freaking pissed, but we had a ton of cars behind us and no one manning the booth (side note, companies, you can't keep trying to get away with having no one working your space, your businesses simply don't function without people.) I ate the charge and reached out to the theater about it. Valerie with customer service was friendly, but let me know the manager essentially said they won't be doing anything about it. So yeah, $60 for a movie that will be streaming in a few weeks, $7 for a small bottle of water, and $27 for parking that should've been free. Hard pass on this and any other theaters this group runs, this was a crappy experience.

The theatre itself is large with plenty of seating, and the screen definitely lives up to its Extreme Screen name. It's huge with a great picture and I recommend sitting toward the back for the best view. The seats were comfortable, though they don't recline, which is my only complaint. The concession prices were very reasonable, a large popcorn and a large drink for under $15, cheaper than most big name theatres. The employees were friendly too making this a good spot to see a movie.

It also happened to be our three year olds first movie in a theater! The major underrated benefit to this theater, IMO, is not only is it great for kids' movies, but it's not incredibly loud. You know those theaters that want to flex their audio and you can feel it in your chest during an action scene? Not the case here. Perfect audio balancing, which helps my sensitive kiddo (and me, let's be real). I was surprised that even after buying four tickets, popcorn, and snacks that they wouldn't validate parking. It's gotten much stricter around Union Station as the Streetcar has taken off, which I totally understand. However, I think being a paying customer should have a small reward. Just a little feedback. I love almost everything about Union Station, right down to the bathrooms, so enjoying this theater is no surprise. Go check it out!

    ### Draft Review for B&B Theatres - Liberty, MO…read more We visited the B&B Theatres in Liberty, MO for the first time today and, unfortunately, it will also be our last. On arrival, we were actually really impressed. The speakers in the parking lot were playing an amazing soundtrack from *Pirates of the Caribbean*, which got us excited and set great expectations for the experience. Once we stepped inside, though, things went downhill quickly. The lobby has some nice decorations, but the overall atmosphere was dark, stuffy, and a bit dingy, almost like the lights were turned down too low. On the positive side, getting our tickets from the kiosk was quick and easy, and the machine printed them without any problems. When we got to our seats, we were very disappointed. The seats seemed old and poorly maintained--one of them wouldn't even sit upright, and several of them had a strong, unpleasant body odor smell. It made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. Then the previews started, and we noticed right away that the screen seemed darker and slightly blurry compared to other theaters we've been to. We were seated on the right-middle side of the auditorium, and at first we thought maybe it was just the previews and that the actual movie would switch to a better projector or sharpen up. It never did. The image never looked "crisp" at all--definitely below the standard of other theaters we've attended. Because of all this, we requested a refund within the first five minutes of the movie. That process was more difficult than it needed to be. The manager and what appeared to be his superior were both present, but neither one acknowledged us or spoke to us, even after the cashier had clearly told them about our situation. They walked by without making eye contact or offering any kind of explanation or apology. The only person who treated us well was the shift lead, who actually acknowledged us and helped us get our refund. Given the uncomfortable seats, poor picture quality, and lack of basic customer service from management, we will not be returning to this location--even though it is the closest theater to our home. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this theater.
