Upon entering the theater there was popcorn all over the floors, toilet lapsed all over the bathroom floor and some of the seats were sticky. Plus to top it off my sister and I sat in seats that were broken and wouldn't recline. If you are paying the prices of the movie theater now You should get working seats, none sticky chairs and a cleaner venue. I realize accidents happen but there should be someone available for maintenance and cleanup. It was so sad to see this theater go downhill.

I went to see Wicked yesterday at the B&B 16 on NE Douglas yesterday and it was in the same condition. For my most recent visit I went with a guest on a Tuesday and it was so affordable without compromising on quality; we split our food and drink and thanks to the Tuesday ticket discount and a membership discount I had for the concessions the total price for two tickets, a large popcorn, and a large drink was only around $30 (even after taxes and fees)! There's a reason this place is my go-to for movies!

The movie theater was probably around 72 degrees? so don't come in expecting freezing cold air conditioning. Great for people who don't want to wear a sweater in the middle of summer. Nobody bothered me about bringing a giant water bottle, which was quite honestly just filled with regular water. Times to fill it with more water. We got pretzel bites which were delicious, and popcorn chicken which went well with the hot honey sauce. It was great to come in early and finish our snacks so that we could enjoy the movie without sticky fingers. I'm not sure if the noise level was just because this was a Nolan film, or if all movies are like this nowaday. I don't want to keep coming to movie theaters that require me to bring my own ear plugs.

I usually get popcorn and chicken tenders every time I visit, and they are always fresh and prepared well. Overall, I have never had any big issues with this theater. That said, I definitely feel like the place could use little bit of renovations, as the decor looks a bit one toned and outdated. It doesn't take away from the experience I have there but a decor refresh would definitely add a lovely touch. One thing I would mention is the pricing of the popcorn/snacks - a standard size popcorn for $10 plus is just wild ($10.47 to be precise). If they could lower the prices a bit, it would be a win win situation for everyone. Needless to say, I always enjoy my movie time here and will always keep coming back. As developers are more geared towards the "outside mall" theme for convenience, these modern amalgamations of mall and strip mall have seemed to be the flavor of the day. Moreover, the convenience of getting in and out of the area is easy considering the two main streets it resides on within a stone's throw from the highway. One can argue the anchor store or interest point is AMC Theatres. Walking in I always feel like a kid with the obnoxious carpet patterns, smell of butter on popcorn wafting through the air and larger than life movie posters all over the place. Yes, going to the movies is still experience, no matter how good your home theatre is and how much easier streaming can be (not to mention cheaper). The food here is pretty good, not great however the price doesn't match the quality. Again, that's a theatre for you. When I do decide on ordering food while watching a movie, I don't like messy things like burgers. So, I stick to simple things like pizza, popcorn, fries and chicken fingers. Oh and as someone that worked at AMC in the past I'll give you a little tip, the secret to the popcorn is using a majority coconut butter. It's what sets their popcorn apart however it also costs a bit more. This facility is clean and most of the auditoriums have very up to date audio and video equipment including Dolby ATMOS and IMAX. I'm not sure of the speaker count but needless to say, you'll hear it from every seat in the auditorium. They do a good job keeping things cleaned between the movies as I don't ever really see food or trash around my chair. I still believe AMC has the best movie experience out there. Overall, the people at this AMC are pretty nice although you won't be interacting with them much, the facility is clean and the movie experience itself is unmatched. Even if you have other options, I suggest using this AMC over competitors as quality matters.

I am very disappointed with how their food is because I don't think they have a lot of options at the same time. Their food is not being up to the Marc quality. I find these theaters to be extremely pricey, but they do have a very neat indoors and the Theatres are clean. We go there every time with our friends and family and enjoy it. There was no question that I'd even need to shop around for a better deal or experience. Mike was top notch professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. On the big day, he quickly set up the equipment, played an additional memory slideshow and music, and made a bunch of our neighborhood kiddos weeks with his popcorn machine. The sound quality and screen quality was perfect, even as a Christopher Nolan film usually demands an IMAX. He has immense knowledge about his industry & equipment and has an impressive arsenal of processes in place so that his team is ready for anything. We had to postpone our first date due to weather, and Michael was in communication with us the whole time we were working to reschedule. We even had a hiccup with our planned site the night of our rescheduled event, and he and his team pivoted their entire set-up process like it was nothing. As a person in the events industry, I cannot say enough about their unwaveringly calm demeanor and creative problem solving. The night of the event, they arrived with plenty of time to set up the screen, sound system, lights, and popcorn machine. Everything was set up on time and looked organized. The screen was bright and displayed the picture beautifully, and the sound system was top notch. Michael and his team worked tirelessly to make our event seamless so that our staff could enjoy the event as well, and they thought of every little thing.
