I was going to leave a review 4 storms ago, but life got in the way. I am glad I came on today as I read both reviews from our association and from Nancy R... First off, as a resident of Westgate for over 20 years, I completely agree with the association and NOT with Nancy R. For the first time in a long time, we have a responsive Landscaping Vendor. The previous vendor made us wait over 2 days to get all of our spots cleared and property cleared up during snowstorms and were completed NON-responsive. Always leaving Icy Roads, Icy walkways more times than I can remember...and I won't go into detail about the spring and summer months (Ie No Mulch!) B&C Landscaping has a system that lets us know when they will be here to clear our spots. The plow driver - Rich is always pleasant and always stops to chat with me. I have had many conversations with him about things that are new to us. Their shovelers are amazing and are here clearing our walkways and putting ice melt down every single storm, sometimes twice a storm and at all hours of the day. I've seen them here at 2am when I went to bed and then again when getting up for work at 6am. They now clear our roads in far less time using the large loader truck, and are here the very next day after storms are done. Saints was NOT. It seems to me that people just want to complain rather then seeing the AMAZING difference this company brings versus the former. I am sure there are always areas of improvement for anyone or any company. So far, this vendor is doing great. I requested lawn services and I'm happy I chose B&C Landscaping. My lawn needed a cut and they were here the next week. Their crew did a great job in the heatwave. Clean up was nicely done. As a resident of Westgate Village, I disagree with the review posted by the association. Driveways were not thoroughly plowed during the January 2026 storm. They do not have the appropriate equipment to handle our association. Due to limited space to plow snow to the top of our driveways and granite retaining walls built directly beside the driveways, Bobcats are needed. There are no bo cats available and the plow driver told me they cannot drag snow out of the driveway due to the "V" plows utilized. This leaves some driveways to be shoveled by the unit owner once the snow is plowed to the top. Streets have been maintained satisfactorily and the shovelers have done a fantastic job. The driveways were not plowed after the Feb 20th storm, because there was more snow coming on the 23rd. . This wasn't a huge ordeal, other than the contract provides for snow removal at the end of a storm resulting in more than 2 inches. This appeared to be in violation of the contract. read more

My parents in Hampstead were out of town helping a family member who was in the hospital. I needed to find someone who would take a one-off job removing 2 weeks of accumulated, frozen snow on short notice (same day). I tried contacting a couple other places but couldn't reach them (I know many snow removal companies are too busy taking care of repeat customers), but I'm glad I found B&C Landscaping. They answered the phone on the first ring, were courteous and professional, VERY reasonably priced (probably to their own detriment), and got the job done the same day. They also did a great job, above and beyond what I had asked them to do. I thought they were only going to do the driveway, walkway, and front steps, but they also cleared a path to the trash cans around the side of the garage, and another to the oil fill pipe. It made me so happy to realize I had found kind, empathetic human beings who work hard to anticipate and meet the customer's needs. I would definitely hire B&C again and would recommend them to anyone! read more
