    I have my guard up every time a service tech comes to the house to see if they are going explain…read morewhat is occuring and give me good info on how they are going to fix it. Also, looking out for additional upselling where I am sure they are encouraged to get maintenance agreements. and additional items from the client. Everything was explained in detail and I was informed on what is needed and what would be preventative including a service plan. I know that it would likely be in my best interest but since we are selling our property in the near future I explained why I didn't want one. The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

We did have a hiccup, spent 3 days & nights in the heat with no air after service due to AA Attendant they were not getting our messages (lady in office out sick) but, AA was saying they would be here between certain hours, someone would call us, etc. On day 3 my husband was there when the owner came in and he was completely unaware. He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. I would like to thank the Owner for being a true stand up business man and making it right for us as a consumer. His technician came both visits and was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for making everything right!!

    I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for local small businesses, but this experience…read morewarrants one. Our HVAC system was serviced by this company for a routine maintenance check-up, and shortly afterwards we discovered damage that was not present before the visit. It was found that the technician either urinated or poured urine down our condensation drain of the air handler located in our attic. What is especially concerning is that the employee involved denied responsibility when questioned by law enforcement. Regardless of those denials, the timing, circumstances, and condition of the unit found by a third-party HVAC contractor, who stated it was 100% urine, confirms clear damage/vandalism to our system. We made a good-faith effort to address this matter directly with the owner before sharing and he only stated, "we do not do this" and that he would look into the matter. No further communications has been received from the owner/company even after a follow-up request. Based on our experience, we no longer have confidence in this company and will not be using its services in the future. I encourage all prospective customers/customers to document the condition of their equipment before and after any service appointment and to carefully consider how important company accountability is when choosing a contractor -- especially with this company.

    A $12,000 mistake for using this company. For the last few years our older HVAC system was checked…read moreand maintained by one of their techs. We were pleased with his professionalism, he always explained the issue, the future ramifications, and options. When our system got old, we decided to use that same company to buy and install a new unit. That's where it went wrong. The company no longer sent the tech with whom we had become confident and comfortable. Now, this retired couple may live the next 15-20 years regretting our mistake, or we won't live that long to regret. I had expressed over and over that when we had a new system, I wanted the filter access to be in a manner I didn't need to be Houdini to get to. The original tech "got that". The more recent rep apparently didn't care. Now we have a new system, and I have to get down under the house, put on protective knee pads, crawl back to the system, lay down on the on my side while positioning to reach up to check the filters. And of course, then crawl backwards to get out, or to get tools or parts I may discover I may need for maintenance. Getting to the old system was a bit difficult as I had gotten older. The placement of this new system makes me wish for the older system.
