Needed a quick lunch in the area. Ordered a crazy Shrimp and grilled fish taco togo. Took a little longer than I would have liked considering I was one of three people in the restaurant. Compared to the tacos I got 8 months ago these were disappointing. The crazy Shrimp only had 3 Shrimp this time and the grilled fish piece was tiny compared to the tortilla. Over $13 for both. Probably will not be back. Too many other taco options in town. The place is huge and both times I have been they have been totally empty. Not sure how they are staying in business. read more

4.5 stars. According to Yelp, B&C is THE place to stop in Pueblo for food. My friends and I came here for lunch on a road trip, and it was a great decision. We parked in a nearby garage. There was plenty of seating inside (spread out from each other) and so many food options on the menu. It was cool to briefly meet the owner, who is clearly proud of B&C. The Spicy Shrimp taco was my absolute favorite. This was recommended by whoever was working there, as well as several Yelpers. Next, I got the Grilled Fish which was also tasty. I was a little disappointed in the Carne Asada taco, but 2/3 isn't bad! We almost stopped here on our way back, but decided to try somewhere else. The establishment opened a little past their posted hours but the employee informed up they were busy getting ready for a catering event. You walk up to the counter and order then your order is brought out to your table. The service was great. They have a kids menu that includes fries topped with chicken and cheese, kids bean and cheese burrito, chicken quesadilla, and nachos and they all come with a drink. We tried the pollo, steak, egg&bacon, and the buenos Dias they did not disappoint! Each taco comes with chips and salsa. Yep, that was a totally great find!! The Good: Amazing, flavorful, delicious tacos for us to enjoy, all paired with smiling faces behind the counter that were eager to assist us in our selection as it was our first time here. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Upon arriving, we asked a couple sitting in the outdoor seating if the food was worth ordering. They had glowing reviews themselves as they indulged in their meal, higky recommending the shrimp tacos, which we, of course, ordered. The Bad: This delightful little place is over 9 hours from our house, and it will be a while until we can enjoy food here again and eat our way thru the menu. The Ugly Truth: With many not so great choices of restaurants to be found here in Pueblo, we were thrilled to have found this amazing eatery!! We're in town for the week, from Iowa, and have been very disappointed in everywhere we have eaten. This place is an amazing find for sure. Our last night here and decided on some tacos. We had queso dip and chips - it was perfect. I had the pastor and the carnitas and both were delicious and very filling. The pineapple of the pastor set it off and made it my favorite of all we tried. My husband had the spicy shrimp and the red pork, although I didn't and won't try the shrimp he said it was good, the red pork was very tasty. The two people working were a delight to interact with and were very appreciative for our patronage. If were ever back in Pueblo we will forsake stop back and enjoy some delicious tacos. read more

All were good, but the shrimp tacos stole the show. I also ordered some nachos (also very good). There's no table service, but the lass behind the counter was friendly. The dining area was nice, new, and clean. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The prices are high, so value takes a hit. The restaurant is clean and tidy with a good menu. The man at the register was touching his face and mouth, then touching the cups. I was a bit turned off by it and felt it was a bit cringy. Ordered the Spicy shrimp tacos and pastor. The pastor's green sauce tasted past date and a bit old. I couldn't finish the taco because of the off taste. Delicious food! Everything was very fresh and full of flavor! I am always weary taking my picky eaters to new restaurants, they both ordered the kids burrito and they both loved it. We took our order to go but next time we might eat in, the ambience is very nice, it's a very clean and welcoming space. The service was great, young lady that took our order was friendly and helpful, the owner stopped and spoke with my husband while my kids and I got our drinks. Overall it was a 5 star experience. Food and service are excellent. When visiting Pueblo, we always make it a point to stop here for tacos. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I eat low carb meals and they kindly prepared my tacos protein style (wrapped in lettuce instead of tortilla). Restaurant is clean and neat. A must stop in Pueblo. read more

We were in Pueblo from Denver for a soccer game. Hungry family, taco connoisseurs... this place slammed. The shrimp is seasoned to perfection, the egg and cheese taco was a massive hit, the grilled fish was awesome, the green salsa was perfectly seasoned, and the house made sauces enhanced everything. Being from out of town and especially from California, this place is really good. We were treated very professionally by the owner, Bruce and one other person at the cash register. They're meats, guacamole, Cheese dip and salsa were delicious. They also gave us samples to try, which we really appreciate it. They constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was OK. If you haven't tried them you need to run to their shop before they close!!! Bruce the owner was extremely friendly and so welcoming!!! Its always hard to say something is a 5. I say that with a heavy heart because in Pueblo this is a shining star. Two tacos for me (steak and pastor) along with a queso, tortilla chip and mushroom appetizer. The pastor is one of the best Ive had in a lot of places. He gave samples of their delicious in house made queso and homemade salsa with our order of chips and in house made guacamole! Tacos were delicious- Crazy Shrimp Taco and Carnitas! Place is really nice and clean! Wasn't too busy since it was snowing but our crew ate and enjoyed the food for a couple of hours! Staff and owner were checking in and making sure everything was good! This hidden gem taco shop is SO good! We stopped in while we were in Pueblo and it was so good we came back the next day! The jalapeño nachos and vegan portobello burrito were delicious!!! The jalapeños were sliced thin and roasted and they melt in your mouth! The queso was so flavorful! The carnitas were amazing, too! Their green salsa is perfect! The woman working there was so friendly and nice, and she even remembered us and what we ordered the day before! I usually love this place but today the guy who took our order was odd and kept touching his mouth and then the cups. He talked about how other staff left because they were sick while covering his mouth. Would have preferred he wear a mask if he felt sick or better yet have someone else work the counter.
