FANTASTIC! I have a sales team of 12 ppl. Contests, and quotas, etc are held monthly. I first called Crown Trophies in the area and was SEVERELY displeased with their service. An employee at Crown actually told me he was "too busy" to speak with me, but to email what i wanted. Ugh. So I researched and found B&C. I quickly called and spoke to Karla. I ordered four plaques and was given an order sheet which I signed showing price as $51.74, yet when I went to pick up plaques they chared me $101. The owner came out and pointed to a sign on wall which stated 55 free characters after that $.15 each. That was never mentioned when I was in store OR when they sent me proof to approve. I have a signed agreement, yet it is not worth legal action. I spoke with a young man initlally who was nice but totally uninformed. The manager was quite rude initially when I asked for a certain delivery date and again when I picked I was looking for a new vendor as we order several things throughout the year and I am still looking. I would not recommend these people to anyone. read more
