I was almost embarassed bringing in my 1996 Toyota 4Runner in to Pro Clean Auto Detail Systems. -It had issues... :-) I dropped it off in the morning and a friend brought me back in the afternoon. Pro-Clean Auto Detail did an incredible job on my Tundra this weekend! They did a full detail inside and out, beautifully clean. Also were able to correct several rock chips, and superficial scratches, and one area with a deeper scratch. A ceramic coating was also applied, which looks excellent. Hard to give an accurate rating here because my car was never actually serviced. I dropped off my Toyota on a Friday night using the key drop box for a detailing appt that was made for Saturday in which I gave my name, phone number, the type of car I'd be dropping off, and the type of service I wanted. My car stayed there over the weekend, and then into Monday. I thought it was weird that no one called me on Monday to tell me my car was ready. I called several times and spoke to someone in the service department who told me my car was in various states of being serviced. No one was able to give me a quote about when it would be done. I called again multiple times on Tuesday, and mind you, I am borrowing someone's car for work because I have to drive to different homes to see my patients. Finally on Tuesday after calling multiple times, I spoke to someone who told me my car had just been picked up. No, I am still carless, so who did you give my car to? Well it turns out they had been talking about the wrong vehicle. It also turns out my Toyota have been sitting in the parking lot for four days and no one ever touched it. The guy claimed we didn't know what service he wanted. Although I specifically told them when I made the appointment several weeks previous. I came back, defeated, to pick up my car that I had been without for four days and it was still as dirty as ever, so disappointing. I was offered $50 off of the service for my troubles, LOL. It's a $350 service. Of course I declined because I need my car. I can't be without it for another day. read more

Had my truck in for paint correction to get car wash swirl marks out, also had them do a ceramic coat. Very happy with the results. I asked a lot of questions before and after the appointment and felt confident with the guys working there. When I picked it up I did a very thorough walk around and noticed one small thing that they missed, but they addressed it right away at no extra charge. read more

Well, they cleaned it but could have been better to be worth the price tag. Brought my small SUV (Honda CRV) in for a complete clean inside and out. They charged an extra $100 for super little dog fur, which was still there when I picked it up. The windshield was half cleaned and the crack needed to be fixed when that was supposed to be included in their complete package. Whatever carpet cleaner they used probably hasn't been cleaned in a while cause now everything has a musty smell that is only getting worse with time. Sure it's better than a rotten milk smell but still not ok for a professional cleaning. Truthfully for the $400+ spent you could buy a small carpet cleaner and some supplies then spend a few hours cleaning it yourself. Doing that would probably even save you more than $100, to be honest. I cannot express how not worth it this whole thing was. read more

Not overly impressed. While the interior of the truck "looks" clean and smells clean, all those hard to reach spots or little cracks are still dirty. For 100$ I would have expected the car to look as if a dealership were ready to sell. Its the convenience factor of using a detailer so you dont have to do yourself, yet, here I am detailing the truck hours after getting it back. I probably wont be back. read more

I just got my car detailed from this place two days ago. When I got there I filled out the necessary paperwork and then the employee walked over to my car to note any damages to my vehicle I already had which I'm assuming is standard procedure, cool. I then go on the tell him that I have some stains on the side of my front passenger seat from some drinks I had gotten from coffee shops where the server over pours the drink into the cup and then it spills in my car. These stains are blue and really noticeable because they're from the blue raspberry red bull Italian sodas I get. I also told him I had a zip fizz explode in my car and get all over the roof of my vehicle. He acknowledged both things I told him and proceeded to write stuff down on his paper. The next day when I went to pick up my car the doors of my vehicle were open to dry everything up. What I didn't like was that they leave the keys sitting in my vehicle with the doors wide open and not at the front desk. Luckily my boyfriend was inspecting the vehicle as I was paying and when I came out he told me the blue stains were still on the side of my front passenger seat. I told the employee at the front desk and he brought the car back inside the shop to clean. When it came back out the stains were STILL there! They had gotten the stains that were on top of the seat cushion out but not the ones on the side so they had to go back a third time to get it off and finally it was clean. I also noticed today that the spare change that was in a little tray in the front console area (not sure what to call it) is missing. It's just some change, probably no more than a couple of bucks worth, but still. I looked all over my car and it's no where to be found. If I could give 0 stars I would. So I curb my wheel slightly and I was wanting to get it fixed asap. That meant finding somewhere in Yakima that would do so before I head over to Seattle. Somebody refers me to this place and I go ahead give them a call. The guy answers and says "yeah we definitely can help you out we do polished wheels" so I'm like sweet I'll be down tomorrow. The next day comes and I head down to this place. I pull in and walk inside to the front desk and there is a man standing there typing on the computer. 10 minutes go by and I'm thinking "ok maybe he is busy" a few minutes later a female walks in and this man looks at me, then looks over my shoulder and goes "how can I help you miss" and she schedules an appointment then leaves. He then proceeds to look at me and go "what" so I ask him about my wheels situation and he goes "oh no we don't do polish sorry" I have never been more disrespected at a business in my life and I would never recommend this place not because of their high prices but because of the lack of respect I was shown and the fact I was lied to. A little side note a man was filling out an application while I was in the office and I watched the employee sit there and proceed to treat the guy like he was worthless. read more

Was supposedly shampooed inside but all they did was vacuum it still had the same stain on the seats , and they still managed to leave some dirt spots close to the gas pedal even tho it was vacuumed. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I had my f-350 detailed inside and out.Terrible job of wiping down inside visers were never lowered to clean them,vacuming was 3rd rate looks like they did it with hand held dirt devil, outside they broke my bug sheild,contacted them 3 times in person, still waiting been 2.5 months. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! If you actually want your car cleaned--- DO NOT take your vehicle here! Extremely rude staff... Brought my new car here for a full interior detail & paid $152. Had to ask for it to be recleaned after I arrived the first time & the employees just stared at me as I was politely pointing out the vomit that was all over the door panels, seats and carpet. After I arrived the second time, the carpets had still NOT been shampooed and there was still throw up on the carpets & smell had not been removed at all. Manager did not apologize for inconvenience or offer a discount, despite the car still being filthy. Overall extremely disappointing. read more

Went to have my auto detailed for first time at this place. Vehicle was at place for 6 hours. Console, dash or odometers had not been wiped down with a damp cloth. Noticed bugs still on the passenger rear view mirror. Also had to have vacuumed again since it did not look like it was done very good. Would not use this place again for the price I paid. read more

I just got my SUV back from being detailed here and I have to say it was amazing. I honestly didn't think my car would look new again. I have drove this car for six years with 4 young kids. It was dirty. It now looks brand new inside and out. The staff was nice and honest, prices for there quality of work are amazing. I recommend them to anyone in need of a great detail. I wanted a full detail . and all I got was a smelly suv back and wax still on my suv windows looked worse then when I took it in.anyways 3 days later I'm still cleaning wax off. hummmmmmm they wax on but not wax off'. horrible will never go there again. $219.00 for nothing. read more
