Did a good job fixing my Yamaha JetSki. I think that Bob the owner is very competent when it comes to repairing JetSki's

Bought an ATV in late 2017 - went in for a Honda but Lisa the sales rep kept pushing the Can-Am. I…read morebought it and talked specifically to her that I was buying from them because I liked to deal local with small businesses and how it made it easier for servicing etc later. Fast forward to now and I take it in for service and the kid behind the counter tells me tough luck we don't deal with Can-Am anymore. Clearly the sales rep was pushing the Can-Am bc they were trying to get rid of them and she had no concern for what I was telling her at the time. Now I have to drive 50 miles for the closest servicing. Kid could've cared less, like I was annoying him being there. So their website says they have Can-Am and the sign out front says BRP, but don't believe it. And if you buy anything there remember they may very well not stand behind it a couple years later. Probably won't matter anyway since their showroom is so empty it looks like they are about to go out of business. Will never go back.

They were rude and unhelpful. They are known to never fix a part, only replace and even then not stand by their work. Do not buy there. They will rip you off on repair. My worst experience with any store, ever! And I am 75!

I usually work on my bike myself, but this year I didn't want to spend too much time on it,…read moreespecially replacing the stock front fork with an Ohlins on my Yamaha XSR700. I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

I was a bit intimidated to walk in as I dont look like a stereotypical motorcyclist but the gentlemen was super friendly and fast with helping me. Would def come back if I need anything to fix for my bike!

Bought a used 2016 Street twin here in 2020. Right out of the gate we had issues. I called foul…read moreafter paying their "out the door maintenance check', only to find out the bike's fluids had not been touched in years, and the bike was filthy. When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.
