Don't go here. Go anywhere else. The guy who manages the place, "Bill" is not reputable and not honest and has no idea what it means to treat customers in a respectable manner. Bought two tires from him and he determined the correct size. He knew it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle and that I was going to return for two more matching tires for the front within the coming months. When I returned just about 6 weeks later to buy the matching two tires (note that all 4 tires must be of identical size in order to use the vehicle in 4 wheel drive), when he put the matching 2 on the front, the tires could not turn without seriously hitting the wheel opening on the vehicle. It turned out that what he had sold me originally was way oversized for my Chevy Silverado. When I complained to the manager that what he sold me before was obviously the wrong size and showed him my receipt, he still claimed ridiculously that the tires were the right size. His own employees had said to me just a few minutes before that I had obviously been sold the wrong size tires. He (Bill the manager) then ordered me off this property and said I was then trespassing. Can you even imagine?!? I intend to file a lawsuit against this outfit. There are many honest tire shops in the area and I suggest any one of them instead. Do not buy from this place...worst experience ever!!! read more

The customer service and we didn't have to wait long. We actually got a good deal on some high end tires for my SUV.

If i could give zero stars I would. Customer Service is Horrible. I asked what type of tire a used one would be for my Mercedes The boss I guess he is says "You take what I give you". What, some people shouldn't be in the public. The workers never spoke or asked if needed help prior to me entering the shop (smh). If you're in need of a tire, mall tire provides excellent service. The men here are very honest people. I recently came in for 2 front tire change but they told me one of my tires was still good for a while. I got a tire that was used but was almost like new for 35 dollars. They were very fast and got me in and out. The only downfall about this place is the waiting area. They have four chairs sitting outside for their customers, which on a sunny mid temp day it's not a problem but on a cold day I don't think I'd fancy that much. read more

For a used tire place, it's everything as expected. Super cheap prices make the drive to Delaware worth it. The tires have never been faulty, and they put it on the rim for you. Plus, this place is the only shop that always has my size tire. You can't say that about the Wal-Mart nearby! read more
