Clariaxel got my tire patched and put my wheel back on my car in under 20 minutes from the time I was walking in the door. Then when I noticed Pep boys had removed my wheel weights and it produced a vibration at highway speeds- Clariaxel got my tire balance and completely fixed in minutes- AND they were so unbelievably kind to not charge me for their 2 wheel weights and their time. Bought two tires from him and he determined the correct size. He knew it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle and that I was going to return for two more matching tires for the front within the coming months. When I returned just about 6 weeks later to buy the matching two tires (note that all 4 tires must be of identical size in order to use the vehicle in 4 wheel drive), when he put the matching 2 on the front, the tires could not turn without seriously hitting the wheel opening on the vehicle. It turned out that what he had sold me originally was way oversized for my Chevy Silverado. When I complained to the manager that what he sold me before was obviously the wrong size and showed him my receipt, he still claimed ridiculously that the tires were the right size. His own employees had said to me just a few minutes before that I had obviously been sold the wrong size tires. He (Bill the manager) then ordered me off this property and said I was then trespassing. Can you even imagine?!? I intend to file a lawsuit against this outfit. There are many honest tire shops in the area and I suggest any one of them instead. Do not buy from this place...worst experience ever!!!

I was usually happy and satisfied going here, however; I am beyond ticked off, they had my car…read moresince last Tues 5/21 and they were just starting to look at it 5/29 they could pull it apart (but, wouldn't be able to assemble again, not enough time) so, now it's 5/31 and they don't know when it'll be looked at (maybe not even next week) She said I was about to call you, and I responded Right, but, it's been here 1 1/2 weeks. Ended up finding another place taking my car out, and not going back. Plus, if you're "swamped" and it's your company you do anything to clear the books. Work later, come on weekends.
