Bought an ATV in late 2017 - went in for a Honda but Lisa the sales rep kept pushing the Can-Am. I bought it and talked specifically to her that I was buying from them because I liked to deal local with small businesses and how it made it easier for servicing etc later. Fast forward to now and I take it in for service and the kid behind the counter tells me tough luck we don't deal with Can-Am anymore. Clearly the sales rep was pushing the Can-Am bc they were trying to get rid of them and she had no concern for what I was telling her at the time. Now I have to drive 50 miles for the closest servicing. Kid could've cared less, like I was annoying him being there. So their website says they have Can-Am and the sign out front says BRP, but don't believe it. And if you buy anything there remember they may very well not stand behind it a couple years later. Probably won't matter anyway since their showroom is so empty it looks like they are about to go out of business. Will never go back. read more

Spent $500 on a new carburator for my Honda ATVrecon.It fabled after 4 months.They just blamed it on Ethano,even though I use ethanol free gas.Opening the carburator it looked like new,which it was.Float and needle valve perfect.They just told me I need a new one.Lady at front desk will only talk to you, even though she has no technical knowledge. They were rude and unhelpful.They are known to never fix a part,only replace and even then not stand by their work. Do not buy there.They will rip you off on repair.
